I just beat Mega Man 1 for the first time ever this week so it’s still super fresh in my mind. It’s amazing how they stuck so close to the original level designs but still adapted what needed a tweak to work with Mario’s mechanics. And as an added bonus, the levels actually still look fun to play! I guess that just goes to show that good level design is good pretty much no matter what

They're not remakes but do take the original formula and make it into a Mario level Goobtroid II: Return of Mario 589-956-N0H Metroid 2 inspired collect-a-thon. Explore alien planet, exterminate at least 35 goombas out of 50 and get back home with new powerups at tow. Mega Jumpman 262-TYM-V2G Six themed minilevels structured like a Mega Man game. Get powerups from bosses and use them against others. Mega Jumpman: Dr. Kamek's Castle 5MV-65R-BBG A conclusion for the previous level. Dr. Wily's Castle portion is basically a boss rush.

First off, the thumbnail mentions an Oil Man and a Time Man. Those weren't in the original. Megaman only had six robot masters. The eight robot master formula didn't appear, until the sequel. So congratulations, you just lost the quiz, in the gamer version of the first Scream movie, if such a thing ever existed. Second, this is amazing! I wonder if anybody could remake other games, in Mario Maker... like Metroid, Castlevania, Blaster Master, or some other classics?
I want to see a Super Mario Crossover(in this game you may choose character from another NES game:Bill(Contra) Link(legends of Zelda) or maybe Simon from Castelvania).
I would like to see Mega-Man actually playing … or you can switch back and forth from Mario to Mega-Man…. The music for Mega-Man is epic … in all versions
If anyone has a PC or laptop, check out mega maker, a fan game of Mega Man where you create and share levels just like Mario Maker. Even if you have a shit computer it's ok, mega maker can run on a potato! It's got very low requirements
