"Quickly do the laundry room" it's kinda funny looking back at this video after knowing what I do now. Little did you know that you'd learn so much about plumbing. I'm excited for all future projects! You said porch and walkways. Whenever spring comes my boyfriend and I are going to do our backyard so it'll be interesting to see!
I was super excited when I found your channel, almost a year ago with EP. 2! It has a freshness and a very different kind of vibe and approach to this type of renovations videos here on UA-cam. Also, the way you edit, the sounds, the music, the typography are amazing! I am looking forward to seeing how you grow and what you do with this channel (besides updating us on the house ofc!). You can do sit down videos like these kinda like a Q&A where you ask the questions before filming (like on insta) so you can choose the ones you think are the most interesting! Also I would love to see more videos with only DIY projects like building furniture or things. Good luck with everything

Would be really interesting if you would combine the two in the next videos, and maybe upload smaller renovation videos? Kitchen pt 1-10 for example, would give us more videos! I love that y'all learn how to do things from watching UA-cam! My wife and I have our own jewelry business via Etsy. I continually learn new techniques from UA-cam! I've also taught myself how to crochet by watching UA-cam videos. I think y'all compliment each other very well and I love your videos!

Awesome work! I'm curious to know how was the state of the pipes, heating, electrical and other major issues (asbestos), structural beams... usually found on older builds. Since this is a restoration on budget, did you come across bigger costs? Looking forward to new videos!

Many, many years ago I lived in a basement apartment in Toronto with two cats. Yep. Pretty sad is right. I studied interior design at Humber and never did do anything with it. I get what you mean by really wanting to save a dog! My mini poodle we got from a trusted friend in Illinois. We searched for a non allergenic dog in a ton of shelters all over Iowa but the few we found were very hostile and not good with kids. I hope my next dog (when I move out, I’m only 15) can be rescued bc luckily I don’t have dog allergies like my little sister lol

I was wondering whether the equipment you use for the renos are rented or bought since you seem to have loads of specialized devices but you say that the reno is cheap.
Odd ... I've adopted 4 puppies from rescues or the shelter. The last 2 we adopted we fostered their litters first for a rescue group until they were all adopted.

I get what you mean by really wanting to save a dog! My mini poodle we got from a trusted friend in Illinois. We searched for a non allergenic dog in a ton of shelters all over Iowa but the few we found were very hostile and not good with kids. I hope my next dog (when I move out, I’m only 15) can be rescued bc luckily I don’t have dog allergies like my little sister lol

Odd ... I've adopted 4 puppies from rescues or the shelter. The last 2 we adopted we fostered their litters first for a rescue group until they were all adopted.
