Sir most of the points are correct. But point related to division of land in flat is not correct. In any new project if we see the Builder buyer agreement the builder clearly say that you are only entitled for the land on which that particular tower is build. Rest of the open space resides with builder and they can use it as they wish. For example in M3m Merlin builder later on launched a new tower despite society got completed. However I still prefer flat, thanks for the overall information.
