Dwarka Eway has been speculative as well. 13 years passed. You correctly said that flats sold at price 10 years before have only depreciated. Upcoming projects are being charged premium due to the same reason - Speculation. The story of 2-3 years is going on since past 5-7 years as well. All good if it completes, but builders expect people to trust and pay future prices right now.
@@SangoLifeSutras yes, but the amount spent is huge in real estate/home. Failure in stock can still be recovered but very very very difficult with real estate. Plus the loss of time is mental torture. Would request you to discuss on good ready to move value projects in livable areas. I am sure this will help many. .

Sir very good analysis for calculation..you should consider agriculture land needs for the food security of the country. Also urbanization...the residential real estate trading is mainly in urban areas where major chunk of population lives and it's ever increasing....will it change after COVID....only time will tell
We also need to consider the per capita income of Australia which is 40 to 50 K USD against our own 2k USD. Most of Australia is unlivable .Buying land can pay off provided it is in an area which is close to a city and govt invests in development . Also economic development plays out on the land rates. But it is speculation and only people with extra cash should play this.

This plot created so much trouble in my life........ I got deviated from every thing.... And the life really got derailed Its true..... We should look at the near future......... Planning of too far...... Can be damaging....... Very damaging
