Well she did get one thing right. T is capitalizing from Chester's death. The only people I feel really sorry for are his children. Whatever went on behind closed doors between him and his wife or him and his ex-wife or whatever, only he knows why he did what he did. Same. 😥 I completely feel that T has successfully used Chester's fame as a platform for her fame, and she still continues to do it as portraying herself as this "saint who saves lives". Most see it as "raising awareness" but to me, it's an excuse for her to get noticed and to take a position of authority and control.
I haven't seen much proof of Talinda saving a life on Twitter and IG. I see more often than not that people credit Chester Bennington and the rest of LP for saving their lives. I don't believe the people who say that Talinda doesn't make money from doing what she does, I think it's obvious that she's getting more $ from doing talks and interviews.
I'm glad that Samantha called her out. No, I'm not one of those people who wishes Chester and Sam got back together. I just appreciate that she decided to spill the beans. I don't think either women were the right ones for Chester. I think he deserved someone to support him, to understand him, and to be with him forever.

I’d like to think that nowadays, or in a last minute attempt at a fig leaf defense, T finally comes out and says that the kids wouldn’t have etc. etc. etc. if Chester’s memorial was actually paid for? Who’s she joking? Chester’s big ass mansion with T by his side like arm candy wasn’t so long after his divorce from Sam. After Chester claimed that “Sam took everything”. There is ALOT that goes on behind closed doors in ppls lives including celebrities. I believe samantha is telling her side of the story. Also talinda seems to be a nice person but im not too quick to make any judgment. Therr are always more than one side to a story and well what do we know? Interesting. Phone records can be looked up. Why would Sam say those things if not true about phone. If Draven doesnt want to go into that house, he shouldn't. Talinda should be selling the home. Maybe. That video looked like something more than a declaration of (undeserved) love to T. (I personally, have no idea what he saw in her, however Samantha claimed that Chester said he couldn't trust anyone and had a lot of stuff to get off his chest regarding T). Whether or not T asked for a divorce or Chester. It might have been a factor: that he couldn't face another divorce (mainly because some people have claimed regarding the video and a few others that she was inattentive and not loving him as much as he loved her - it kind of upsets me that he loved such a, quite clearly, a horrible self-absorbed person and that might have been one of the reasons why he would give up on her. And her behaviour backs up that he couldn't trust her and that it makes Samantha's claims more believable)
There are plenty of very beautiful women who are just as beautiful on the inside too but T is not one of them. I think he deserved love and he deserved better than her and there are plenty of women out there who are alot more beautiful that her, classier than her and more important with a good personality. (I think she has a horrible personality and I do not like her) I only wish he found someone like that who would love him unconditionally and be a beautiful figure and soul on his arm and in his heart.
Also I am very concerned that maybe he had more than just depression. Trauma in childhood can cause damage in so many ways like PTSD and BPD (which fear of abandonment; emotional instability and multiple self-harming or suicidal attempts or idealisation are noted as key features).

Liz I know this comment is a year after your comment-but i wanted to say that I agree with you on the trauma/PTSD/mental illness point. I have always had a strong (and admittedly baseless) gut feeling that Chester had much more going on than depression and addiction. Idk if he actually had other diagnoses he (understandably) withheld from the public or not. He endured so much childhood trauma, for so many years. That can wreck you for life. I also wanted to say that survivors of systematic abuse and abandonment, especially as children-often (*not always*) end up being drawn to toxic people, over and over. “The cycle repeated, as explosions burst in the sky. I wanted to fix this, but couldn’t stop from tearing it down...” It’s like they don’t believe they deserve better (subconsciously). Self destructive to the core 😔 Being in a healthy relationship is often almost impossible. He deserved so much more than he seemed to have gotten. And not bc he was a rich and famous singer. That’s irrelevant. It’s that that man had a heart of f*cking gold. No I didn’t know him, but so much of him came through when he sang, when he did interviews. It came through loud and clear.

I still have screenshots from when Sean DM'd me on instagram after I called him out for exploiting Chester's name, using him in new merch, releasing the music they made when Chester was still in GD. He got so angry and triggered, I knew I was right immediately. He said that he was Chester's best friend, well HE WASN'T AT ALL, I talked to Samantha afterwards and sent her the screenshots. They were not friends!! Not after Chester left GD. And now they're making bank with Chester merch and their old music. Talinda is in it too, getting a cut for it. And Talinda knows more about his death. Chester wanted to divorce her long before he passed away. Chester did not kill himself. He was suicided. Samantha says so too. So yeah, believe whatever you want, the truth comes out. Always.

@@LizM894When Chris Cornell died, I promise you I felt that Chester would leave this Earth on the 20th July. I wasn't shocked when I heard the news. I was just so sad and actually, a bit angry. I thought, how did no one else think that day would be significant to someone with suicidal tendencies? It was Chris's birthday. CB had done an interview months prior about how he can't be alone, because of those devastating, depressive thoughts. And he loved Chris, so for someone already suicidal, and one of their best friends dies that way, its a 50/50 chance that you'll lose your loved one to the same illness.
They say when a sibling loses a sibling through suicide, that the chances are high for 5yrs after the death, that they will also suicide. People focus on the parents, and forget about the other living sibling and what they are feeling. So, I knew this would happen to him, but I held out hope that maybe he might stay here a little while longer. Suicides are devastating. I hope they have found peace

I've spoken to both Samantha and Talinda personally, what Talinda said about this issue was more believable then what Sam said in her fb post, When I said I spoke to Sam, I mean early this year, before C's death, She seemed untrustworthy and a lot of it didn't make sense and seems like lies, I have spoken to a heap of people who have spoken to Samantha personally they said the same thing as me, so I'm on #teamtalinda for this.

Amy Ten years ago and she is 100% fine with him writing about their marriage/divorce. Stop trying so desperately to decredibilize her, it's comical. They made up after the divorce and were friends and he publicly thanked her for housing the two of them, their son, Talinda's mother and the nanny, while they were going through IV treatment (I would never). If their relationship really were so terrible, no amount of therapy would have been able to fix it. Someone wanted that marriage over. Probably the same ones publicly attacking her, now. Very interesting post. Clearly, Chester and Chris both were going to divorce their wives. Could it be possible that these two women were more interested in Losing the Money and Lifestyles they led? What are the possibilities that two friends would end up dead in the same manner just months apart. I have read that the police are looking into Chesters death as a possible murder. I personally think both of these men were murdered. Hollywood and the music industry is down right evil. Why were these men cremated so fast? If it were my husband I would want a proper and thorough investigation done even if I had to hire my own detectives. You got to remember when it came to Chris Cornell when he was found dead in the hotel room from a supposed suicide that the whole reason why Martin was even in his room was because he was trying to get an Apple TV to work.
It was also said that Chris Cornell had a cell phone that was used to make the lights flicker at the Cornell house. But when Chris Cornell was found neither a cell phone nor an Apple TV was ever recovered.
That's really a lot to think about isn't it? Me personally, I don't think that neither Chris Cornell or Chester Bennington committed suicide.
That's why so many people were taken back by the news that Chester Bennington passed away of suicide because nobody ever saw it coming and I mean Chester Bennington adopted a child and that doesn't (to me) sound like the actions of somebody who is going to commit suicide.
That's just my two cents on the matter. I realize that my comments here are going to stir up a lot of mixed feelings with people who read this and my intent is not to start an argument because everybody is entitled to their opinion and a belief system.

Samantha has had a pretty successful career and has enough of her own money to live very comfortable she never used her marriage to Chester to get money or attention and doesn't need to benefit from his death either unlike his current wife who was a no one making 20k a year to take off her clothes until she married Chester. Talinda is trying to profit as much as possible off Chester while she can and is stalling the settlement of his estate to avoid paying money owed to Sam and Draven for child support.

I'm not so sure about the hating each other after divorce. I got divorced a year ago and we have remained good friends. We talk regularly and have since a month after we separated.
And there both DISGUST for me I lost a friend a lover and a husband. Name Germán Cabassa Almodovar by suicide in #2010. He's common known has "Belford". And this two crazy women fighting over CHESTER Bennington fortune is really a disgrace for fans! Of our dear #chazz 💔

MsDulcinee yeah I agree with most of what you're saying. I just feel like she's overreacting. Up until now Draven was always visiting his father and spending time with his siblings. Why should he suddenly have to go stop seeing them because his father is gone? It bugs me because it seems like she doesn't care about anyone else. I'm not saying what she says to him isn't important. I just wished she gave him the freedom to choose. He's 15 already and old enough to decide if he wants to see his extended family or not. True we don't know what happens behind closed doors but he's the one who's going to suffer based on her actions. I've been in his situation one way or another.
