Wow, that is very cool. I have been looking into how to integrate Twilio flows with chatgpt and zapier. Is it possible to somehow make an outbound call with Chatgpt in the background to for example, follow up on a customer order or maybe a sales lead? If this could also use ElevenLabs voices, that would be amazing. I just can't wrap my head around a perfect use case to sell to a business. Gotta be something!
By contact info, do you mean the caller phone number? Or do you mean that you want to extract contact information from the recorded message, then store that into the crm?
You can extract that information using a chatgpt step after receiving the transcript from Whisper step, then pass the values to your crm . I may have time to make a tutorial on the steps this week. What CRM are you using?
