FOR EVERYBODY WHO DOESNT GET THE POP IP NOTIFICATION ABOUT CONNECTED USB TO PC, YOU NEED TO CHECK THE BELL IN THE OCULUS AND THERE IS NOTIFICATION ABOUT IT JUST CLICK IN AND YOU WILL SEE IT IN PC

If you're device shows to be connected but is not showing up in File Explorer ensure that the Quest link on your computer is connected correctly via USB C to USB C or potentially USB 3.0 to USB C. I will be attempting to do this to see if it works when the cord comes and will edit this comment to see if it works and allows file transfer.

I had to disable auto link in the settings and also turn link off then reboot the device and say no to the link when asked and then I see the quest icon in my PC, not one thing is straight forward with this headsets.

nope it don't work. if i plug the cable in I just see oculus link GUI and no options to cclickkk like you do.
