Thank you for this. As a self-taught dev learning with the Odin Project, I get challenging tasks a lot and I'm currently stuck on one for so long but I do not want to look for solutions by copying other students' code. It is tough but I know it will make me a better dev when I solve it.

Taking a break is sometimes a key way to figure out problems, it can help with out-of-the-box thinking!
Yes, until you end up taking too many breaks for the same problem. That's when I know I'm stuck.
