This is the first bluegrass tune l’ve heard in a long time with some real “punch” to it (lyrics, vocals, instrumentation) and no log cabins on the hill, winding dirt roads or mama’s biscuits - with all due respect to the aforementioned, of course.
Your vocal phrasing and intonation is getting a lot better. A lot of the best vocalist's can't pull off a dry vocal. Do your next recording in a bathroom tub. ;) All 5 of you. That little bit of echo will puff up the words and phrases. Bathroom Bluegrass!
Heads up. Never seen the spelling Bronwyn.. because it makes no sense in the Welsh language Bronwen is the spelling..... Bron (breast) is a feminine noun that's why gwyn (white) becomes the female adjective gwen... hence bronwen ... Which means fair or white-breasted Bronwyn somehow suggests that you are a man
