I went through 40 years with the most I ever had was 3700.00. It was because somebody wrecked into my car. But then I tried to save about $500.00 a month for a while. Then the wish came true and I was able to save $9000.00 or so as the most I ever had. I spent it on Gold and Silver as a way to not carelessly spend it from here. Now I'm trying to save 100 notes of every denomination. Now I have 100 of the ones, 100 of the fives, and 51 of the tens so far. I'm going to continue to save around $500 a month on certain denominations until I have $18,600 total by saving 100 of every bill.

I’m doing 10k the 5k. 26 week challenge and the biggest one is my $30k.Saving for a house. I’m up to 3k with that one. So keep up the great challenges so happy u have completed yours. I can’t wait until i complete mines as well. I will be doing this again in 2023, just not doing so many at one time tho.

I have devised an unique savings plan, and that is to save 100 notes of every money denomination. So 100 of the ones, 100 of the fives and so on. By the time you do every denominations, you'll wind up with $18,600. I just started and all I have so far is 100 of the ones, and 24 of the fives. Next pay, I'll be getting a bunch more of the fives to add to the stack. Then once I accumulated 100 notes of a particular denomination, I'll put a money label around it. Can't wait to save. It's addictive.
