Sad what their doing to film and media these days
I hope u watch netflix's arcane, it has strong diverse female(lol) character but they are actually likeable unlike a certain other female character in Invincible
Hollywood doesn't fail to disappoint anymore. Anyways please consider reviewing 'The Last Samurai 2003'. Watched it again today, I'd love to hear your take on it
I don't know why anyone is surprised. Kevin Smith has produced nothing but sophomoric horse shit from day one. He's living proof that lack of talent is no obstacle to those willing and able to vomit outrageously.
Eric, do you know what a hero is? A hero is someone who sacrifices for the good of others. You can be a hero, Eric. All you have to do is eat the cupcake.
Your reviews are much better then the actual shows
This show actually exists? Holy fu-
Sure, when the show is dog shit lmao
Let's be honest. That's the bar that motion impaired, size blessed, non-binary, whale sexualized person on mobility scooter should be able to ride over.
This why I’m enjoying this cultural vandalism.. sure society is crumbling around us; but at least we get great reviews from the Drinker!
facts
Kevin Smiths victory lap on twitter was sad. He some how didn't realize the lack of criticism for the show was a sign we no longer cared, also launching it right after the mess that was the live action cowboy bebop helped.

Someone needs to tell "professional" writers that taking away a woman's femininity doesn't make them a "strong independent woman"
Oh jeez there's actually a civil discussion in the replies. Glad to see we can agree on something
Just look at Jolyne from JJBA Stone Ocean, she has its femininity AND is a strong women
dude, it makes them a man. Take away a woman's femininity and well she becomes a man....is that what equality of the sexes is all feminist just want to be men in the end?
This is what bothers me the most about the state of new media, they think that making a woman look like a man and act like a man make thems strong and independent, they miss the point entirely.
Yeah but I don't understand why woman aren't allowed to have power trips
any human being who thinks all women should look like that must really hate women
Teela's friend was forced in to do only two things: check the racial diversity box and check the sexual diversity box. That was her only purpose - being a token.
Even more sinister, it could be inferred that she represents a sjw version of the loyal black manservant that was ubiquitous in Victorian fiction. It is striking how often the filling of diversity quotas plays into racist stereotypes. Finn is not only one of the only Star Wars characters to ever be tased on screen, he is the only one to be tased multiple times. Not to mention in the first film Pizza Supreme himself Kylo Ren whips Finn across the back with a literal flaming cross
@@aceambling7685 How is being someone's servant racist? Do any of you even know what that word means anymore?
@@mattstorm6568 it is racist when the servant caste is entirely composed of seperate races who are treated as inferiors. The idea of the ideal member of that race (whether African, Gaelic, Slavic etc) being a loyal and selfless servant dedicated to the comfort and aggrandizement of the superior race is fundamentally racist. Dont be one of those insufferable Liberals who denies the realities of tribalism. It is a legacy of slavery, and I'm not talking about American slavery. You cannot believe that I will ever forgive the enslavement and torture of my kin at the hands of Hebrews, Arabs, and Anglos.
@@aceambling7685 Wtf are you talking about? I'm a liberal? Liberals are the ones trying to erase tribalism...well, at least for Europeans anyhow. People have servants who are the same race as them, having a servant in and of itself does not = racist.
As I say, you don't know what the word means. Even stereotypes are just that, stereotypes, you may argue they offend you but for them to be racist you have to be a mind reader and know the writers thoughts/feelings - which you don't.
Who the hell said I was asking you to forgive anything? Nothing happened to you so how arrogant of you to think there's anything to forgive, every race has been slaves or slave owners at some point so spare me.
@@mattstorm6568 did you even read my initial comment? I emphasized "Loyal BLACK Manservant" which is a common trope from Victorian Novels. I never claimed that the idea of a servant caste was racist, and you will notice I never asserted that racism is inherently bad. I simply referenced a specific and contextually racist literary trope that is seemingly imitated by this self proclaimed "anti-racist" work. You are a deeply confused individual and I suggest you self reflect and check your ego before you make a further fool of yourself.
And in the last your luciferian individualist colors fly. It does not matter if it happened to "me", I am not only "me". I am the culmination of my ancestor's efforts, and to throw down the vendettas and traditions of my forebears is to forsake and shame Alfadhirhaitis.
Don't worry guys. The 17 blue checkmarks on Twitter that loved every episode will surely keep this franchise going! Right?
Blue Checks = Republicans + BLM + You Can Pee Next To Me
Actually people like me will. People who went into the show after watching a ton of content like this, then realized you're a bunch of whiny little brats.
@@willlastnameguy8329 I dunno, in my honest opinion this show could've been the equivalent of The Legend of Korra, respects the show that came before it while also being it's own thing. But that's not what we got. Between the creators straight up lying and the show not being about He-man at all it's a big waste of potential honestly. And tbf if Kevin hadn't of lied then the backlash would be significantly less valid.
I would be surprised if even those idiots actually took the time to watch this putrid, pandering dogshit. They probably just circle-jerked about it on twitter out of some weird sense of obligation (see also, Batwoman).

It only shows your ignorance, a person who is not able to decide for himself.
I have already settled into not watching anything new. As a connoisseur of high culture I watch old stuff while patiently waiting for Hollywood to accept its death.
@@GalkaLost No, it's not ignorance. And no, it doesn't mean that the person can't decide for him/herself. You're just insulting the person. You're just acting all pissy and pessimistic.
yup, knew of nobody thanks to him, and it turned out...exactly as he described. very well done movie that is merely what it is, nothing more
I love how writters like that despise the concept of "toxic masculinity" then go and basically write a man in a dress because THAT is "how you write a strong woman", just make them a man, got it.
Well, yeah. Dudes rock.
Just a massive, barely-disguised inferiority complex. That's all
Well you're making it sound better than it is. Masculine characters, regardless of gender, are usually the cool/badass ones. There are a lot of masculine buff female characters that are likeable in media.
The problem is that Teela is too different from her og version and is a very shallow character, even more so for her partner in this show who serves to check the diversity checklist. They could've made a different character who is a manly female melee fighter or write her better. The whole show kinda sucked overall.
@@AdibAayan-y6q masculinity is not about being cool/badass. It is a set of traits naturally occuring in men which differentiates them from women.
@@secretname2670 But women can display masculine traits, whether it is physical appearance/demeanor or course of action/reaction. Otherwise the vice versa wouldn't work, where there are feminine men or men who act in feminine ways. Maybe give me some examples of masculine and feminine traits so I can understand better.
Teela: "You lied and I'm mad."
Adam: "You were too stupid to realize that there is only one talking green and yellow tiger on this planet...be mad at yourself for being a dimwit."
Yeah. It reminds me of this one time, in the New Adventures of He Man, where SKeletor(whose usually more intelligent and cunning in this series) captures a group of people who he knows includes He Man. And of that group, only one is a tall, blonde man. There is only one other blonde person among them, and he's a short dwarf guy that He Man has likely saved numerous times. Its ridiculous how far they take the disguise nonsense.
I honestly had no idea He-Man was supposed to be a secret identity...it's just Adam with his shirt off.
Now do these lines with the Fans and Kevin Smith. Weird how well it works.
As a reminder, Teela NEVER asked He-Man's secret identity. No question, no answer.

Worse: they also think they get to pick which rules apply to others. Case in point: the wokesy employees at big tech firms who demand a say in setting company policy and even which companies their employers do business with.
There was a bit where Adam, on learning his parents had problems in their relationship, blamed himself for dying. It’s like the writers are suggesting there are no limits when it comes to men apologizing for their existence.
Men should apologize for even being born. And their entire life they should serve women to atone their sins.
According to them, of course. That's how it feels like nowadays.
Actually, it was even worse than that. Kevin Smith was basically just blaming children for their parents’ divorce.
Its like the Hillary quote: "Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat"
in other words, kevin smith is inserting himself into every male role
Also, what's up with Female Villains these days need to be shympathized? Remember when Villains are just pure evil? They evil because they want to. And it's ridicullous for having a character named "Evil-Lynn" is actually not Evil! Next, Disney's gonna make Snow White Live Action and they're gonna make The Evil Queen is a shympathetic character.
Teela was so unlikeable in this show. There’s a scene where she’s talking to adam about being mad at him saying “ I couldn’t even scream at you because you were gone” and Adam says “I died” and she replies “yeah and the rest of us had to live with it”. I couldn’t even make it to part 2

I was going to say, that does seem to sound like what I hear from a lot of married couples...
LOL
Have to admit, a woman holding a secret then getting mad at her male partner when he finds out about the secret she was keeping is the only accurate thing they've put into the interpersonal relationships in this series.
There was also Evil-Lyn being ungrateful and resentful towards the man who once saved her: Skeletor.
@@scockery Don't forget that one of the reasons she uses for ending the whole universe was that Skeletor was mean to her. Even though she follows him WILLINGLY and can literally leave whenever she wants. But nah let's avoid all logic with this show.
And?

Hahahaha
When Adam saves the universe he gets dumped on and everybody is angry and miserable. When Teela saves the universe she gets all the praise and everybody is happy. No bias writing to see here.
Oh yeah that's a good point what's different the two scenarios?
@@noahwiley2846 Simple. Adam’s a man and Teela’s a woman. No more explanation needed
@@noahwiley2846 Probably because when Adam saves the world, the sword gets split in half and he man loses his powers so a looming threat still remains.
"You are mad at your husband because you lied to him....and he called you out?" Wait. This may be the most realistic concept Kevin Smith ever rendered.
So, Teela is essentially Rey in another universe. How compelling.
So true, it's like somesort of running theme with these so called "woke" series/movies where main characters just go "fuck consequences" and "i'm always right" get a butload of power out of nowhere and everything ends just completely fine.
And her black friend is Finn.

Great analogy
Or Captain Marvel. Or the chick from Invincible. Strong, empowered, females who start off harder, better, faster, stronger than everyone else and only get better with time. Because apparently today's writers think we can relate to characters who hardly struggle, if at all, and who learn no hard lessons because they already had all the answers to begin with.

The first half tossed He-man aside to Teela could be the hero, now they toss Skeletor aside so Evil Lynn can be the main villain. Though of course she'll be forgiven for all her sins at the end for some reason. She can also harness the power of Grayskull because I guess anyone can now. Teela can leave Grayskull now she's the Sorceress because she wants to. No need for sacrifice in todays female heroes. They can have it all!

She wasn't actually evil when she had all the power and decided to be evil and destroy all of existence? Is that what you actually said? >.

Let us not forget his heroism.
I don't know man. At this point I think CD has moved beyond sacrifice and has developed an unhealthy addiction with S&M. And not the good kind.
For example a woman deciding to give up her career to stay home and take care of the kids.

Kevin Smith is so happy there was so little criticism (hard to criticize something when, halfway through the movie, you fall asleep just to escape it), he already has a third installment: He-Man vs the Magic School Bus....
Well I think I called it pretty well. Teela ends up as the main character of the show and is loaded down with special powers. Prince Adam gets sidelined. Evil-Lynn decides to join the good guys. It's like SJW creators only have one overarching idea for anything they write. The main characters have to be female. These females have to be awesome, able to break established 'in universe' cannon at the drop of a hat. Previously evil female characters all get a redemption arc which establishes the fact that they weren't evil, just misunderstood or tricked by the evil male characters. All male characters are to be either killed off or relegated to standing on the sidelines.
Perfect summary. Also: When any female character messes up it's never their fault. They are always supposed to be sassy or wise, but come across as arrogant instead. They are never mothers and rarely in a relationship. When they are, the partner is less masculine than they are.
...or evil.
Coming from a place of spite and malice chokes creativity, especially when it must be forced through an agenda. The process removes creative thinking for check marks and does disservice to the supposed ideas they stand for. It's cheap and shoddy.

That was funny😅
What the hell. Kathleen Kennedy rewrote and changed Star Wars lore as she saw fit, too. Didn't that work out great?
gotta love when stories raise stakes then make them irrelevant in the next second. a character doesn't come up with a creative solution or loophole to break previously established rules. they just do by shear willpower, simultaneously taking a dump on all those before them. no one else left the castle because they were just too lazy and incompetent.
Avatar the last airbender, Aang was told he had to give up his earthly tethers to achieve more power. He denied it at a cost to never being able to go into the avatar state again. by chance another injury gave his connection back so he could, but he still didn't reach his highest potential
Sometimes when writing you need to follow the rules you've created to ensure consistency and to not diminish the sacrifices made by characters before. You raise up one character by bringing down all the others. for instance making a future successor of spiderman where he doesn't keep his identity secret and making it have zero consequences. it then makes peter parker look like a paranoid kid who had nothing to worry about and sacrificed relationships when he didn't need to.

Oh, it's worse than Randor just forgetting about Teela's childish reasons for abandoning the kingdom; it's the fact that he says her reasons for leaving were 100% justified because he knows how much it hurts being lied to (having been so hurt by this same 'lie' that he was willing to exile his best friend under the threat of death and separated from his wife over it - never mind she only strongly suspected that her son was He-Man; not that she actually knew for sure). And this was made even worse by Adam = who further enables this toxic BS by apologizing to them both for keeping a secret in the first place.
Leaving her position because her father was facing some unjust/unfair punishment would have been 100% valid; leaving her position because her fee fees were hurt that she was left of a secret she had no reason to know? F*ck that BS!
Exactly I don't even think they considered Adam's reasoning for keeping it a secret only that it was wrong and that everything that was because of him. Never giving teela any blame.
What's worse is that in another show, Adam said that he's keeping his identity secret to PROTECT HIS PARENTS AND LOVED ONES from the revenge schemes of squeletor.

Thank you, you magnificent chad, for this quote.
I encountered an interesting point the other day, which was that all the traits people use to try to make "strong female characters" are the same traits that are criticised as being "toxic masculinity". So, no, this isn't really toxic femininity, but rather it's a whole load of hypocrisy.
@@yurisei6732 this. People who make "strong" women characters often seem to have no idea what feminity is. So they pick a toxic male, slap boobs and call it a day.
Actually a feminine female hero would be great to see, winning against stronger opponents through wits, keeping the mind focused on dire situations, showing actual emotional balance and good care for people around her... and yeah, getting scarred by the horrors she faces, by that time she couldn't help someone she cared about, by that time she fails... but carry on and rise to the challenge.
But of course, this is not about making interesting female characters, it's about cash. And if in the process they get to muck up feminism, even better.
@@alejandronieto4212 Another annoying thing is that everyone just thinks "strong female character" means "A female character who is strong" when what it actually means is "a female character with strong writing". Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma and Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back. All fucking great. When I heard about the Jay & Silent Bob reboot, I was so hyped. When it finally landed on one of the streaming services I was so hyped. I waited until I had a free evening, smoked a bowl and got comfy for what I thought would be another awesome film. I would bet good money that this turd burger didn't make a single new He-Man fan, male or female.
You grew up, probably more than anything.
The first movie wasn't that good to begin with. He didn't changed that much, you're just more aware of it now.
If a character abandoned everything and rage against all her friends because she wasn't told a secret, it probably shows an insecurity that I need to know everything.
In a real kingdom, the king would have exiled her or put her into the dungeon for her burst out at them. The king would have whipped the queen in shape for keeping the secret and trying to act like it was his fault. This show shows a delusion for women.
@@cainabel6356 you said facts bro. In the real world kingdom, it would be only Men running the show around here and no women nagging around. Especially no abbyzillas . Thats why i like reality based real world kingdom. Whatever you just said is facts
Every time I see that in any movie, it just seems like the weakest try-hard justification to create drama where none exists. You know what a friend did when he found out 45 years later that his dead aunt was actually his dead sister? Nothing. Nothing changed at between he and his parents. They just moved on.
If you're butt-hurt because someone held a secret to protect you; or a secret that doesn't change your life, then you're just looking to be a twat. Anyone who does that to me is quickly dumped out of my life. I have real life problems to solve so tolerating a dimwitted child's response to an adult problem isn't on my to-do list.
Whenever I see that device used to cause a friction between characters, it means the writer couldn't think of anything. It's the most passive and non-visual way to cause friction between characters... and it's in a visual medium. Not even novels are that lame.
Another trope is the "comedy of errors". Any plot that revolves around an accidental misunderstanding between characters is an instant turn-off-the-show-and-find-something-else-to-watch from me.

Heman to Skeletor mid fight: "It's not about us."
That says it all perfectly
(Sorry can't reply directly for some reason...)
Edit:
@C K I'm suggesting that the creators are deliberately using Heman as a mouth piece to make a meta comment about the series as a whole...
I'm not disagreeing with Heman here, in fact I completely agree, and am simply stressing that the writers are also aware. That when they say, "This show is about Heman! Anyone who says otherwise is lying!", then proceed to have Heman tell Skeletor "this isn't about us," during an inconsequential squabble while the real thing happens elsewhere, is all too aware of the deceit happening here, and are being tongue in cheek about it to top it off.
The show took the route you described because the creators intended for it, so treating the situation as if since it played out in the show, that just is how it is, doesn't make sense. Choices were made to specifically construct the dynamic of having Heman and Skeletor cast aside, as the real final confrontation happened between Teela and Evilyn (case in point, tricking Skeletor).
Edit 2:
@At When Pigs Fly Heman isn't a real person, yet came to the realization that "this isn't about us." Someone wrote Heman coming to that realization, and articulating it to Skeletor. There was thought and intention behind it that cannot simply be handwaved away as coincidence. The thought, the sentiment, originated with the writer. This directly contradicts the message which they were espousing initially, and lampshades the situation by calling attention to it, but through the medium of Heman himself, who the creators may think the audience will be more receptive to.
A closer Star Wars analogy would be the "Let the past die. Kill it if you have to." In contrast, the Holdo maneuver was simply inept...
Edit: @At When Pigs Fly I stated the obvious because you seemed to miss it, that's all. Care to address the sentence directly following the statement you considered so obvious?

All this “forced diversification” of childhood classics makes my blood boil. If shallow-minded directors like Kevin Smith want to “add” more diversity in modern entertainment, then they should just make their own, original shows instead of piggybacking off of and ruining already established shows! Just proves that these directors aren’t confident enough to tell their own stories and need to build on other, better stories instead. Shameful!
Or at the very least, take the time to make your shoed in diversity character an actual meaningful addition to the story. Give them substance, give them conflict, give them growth. When you could edit out every scene with your new character in it and the show would be completely uneffected, that is a sign that you have failed as a writer.
Because they know that if they write their original show nobody will watch them because they're sheet
I realised something - what you've said about this show, sounds like the ending of Legend of Korra, which Tumblr jizzed all over for a last minute female hand-holding. Korra didn't actually earn anyone's respect, it was expected to be given to her because she was the Avatar. And she did a "show the female villain the errors of her ways" thing at the end too, which was actually just tacked on. She also didn't actually "grow and change under adversity" as the show wanted you to think; there were no actual stakes raised or moments of real character growth for her. It was all shallow and superficial. Not to mention Korra was very aggressive and violent, throwing a tantrum with her then boyfriend which got excused, before she later went gay at the literal last minute.
Smith's Teela sounds and looks a bit like Korra, and from what I've heard behaves aggressively for no actual reason and doesn't seem to actually go through real character growth. That the original Teela was nothing like this only makes it all WORSE.

Yeah toxic masculinity is all about power and lust.
And yet the part where its a children show is thrown out of the window in favor of a scene where a woman literally uses intercourse to gain power.
But we do hide female body parts because that would be worse than making babies in a kids show.
Who approved this script?!
@@MrDwarfpitcher That was actually one of the most interesting part of the show. The richest women of the world gained their money from divorce. Sex is a tool people (often women) use to gain power and/or money.
All people wanted was a giant heroic muscled bound swordsman riding a green tiger fighting a evil maniacal skeleton wizard… how is this hard to do??
Yes officer. This comment right here...
@@casbyness is the officer gonna give him a medal? bc that comment is pretty much why he man was cool
I was going to say that aside from being awesome in everything, a key characteristic of a mary sue is the universes rule bending so the character can succeed, and since the He Man universe barely has any rules, one could say Teela is not a mary sue, but lo and behold she goes and bend the ONLY FUCKING RULE about being a sorcesses.
I'm not sure she didn't just bend the rule. It sounds like she flat-out broke the rule.
Funny thing. Evil-Lyn literally spread her legs in other to steal the sword. Great way to fight the stereotypes Kevin Smith
i think that scene was more about how easily skelly was tricked by the promise of poon
Lord, how deceitful people are. You first say how big Smith is SJW, and then complain that he does not correspond to SJW's worldview. You are ready to complain anyway, so what's the point.
@@GalkaLost The point is that SJWs are hypocrites. He'd be the first to complain about someone else doing that, but then he does.
@@Paulafan5 Why? Because you were told so? You sound like you really know him well. Maybe then you will give exact quotes, and not be a broken phone.
I'm going to be very disappointed if part three isn't focused on Evil Lyn accusing Skeletor of rape, Skeletor's subsequent trial, jail time, then eventual release after the Eternian police realise they can't just imprison him based on baseless accusations. If we're going down this road, let's go all the way and make it 100% true to reality.
i Juse love how Skeletor loses the power because Evil lynn tells him that if he bangs her as Skelegod she would die, so he needed to power down to have their "favourite activity" safely with her... Then she steals The sword when he has his pants down, literally.
Also why the fuck did everyone forget she killed all the heroes, she is literally a mass murderer and they forgive her...
"Too bad Evil-Lynn. If you want my bone, you must bend over and take it like a champ!"
Some how Skeletor instead of using his magic to make her strong enough to survive a good shag, just shrugs and goes along with it.
@@mrmanceres7653 TBF Skeletor is a literal moron in the entire series, the old one and the new one, i was more commenting on te fact that the "woman" gets her power by seducing her boss, then throws him aside now that she doesn't need him anymore. Which is the opposite of female empowerment lmao.
"You absolute spam sandwich!" Gonna be usin that from now on, it's bloody amazing
Spam, spam, spam, spam
something i've always wondered about feminist reboots is why they hate women so much.
when feminists reboot a female character they try to remove every single female trait from them and replace it all with their own strawman versions of male traits. creating a character that they would describe as the most offensive example of toxic masculinity of all time but don't because they wrote them without a penis.
what this tells us is that feminists think that the only way that a woman can be strong is if they are a man with a minge. boiling female identity down to their genitals and saying that "toxic masculinity" is the true source of strength and empowerment and that female traits are inherently inferior.
TL;DR we have reached the point where feminists hate women more than anyone that they call misogynistic
And to think the feminist movement was started with the simple goal of obtaining equal rights to men...
You see, this is what happens when a bunch of extremists take hold of any major social movement, it creates an end result that is the exact opposite of what people wanted in the first place.
Socialist movement? You get an authoritarian government that owns everything and controls people's lives. Anti-racism movement? You're now being rediculed and favored less because you're the most common skin color, and don't even bother expecting better treatment if you're not the specific skin color they're talking about. And the list just goes on and on.
The fact that Evil-Lyn got the Sword of Power THAT easily from Skeletor is laughable, there is no way he would even CONSIDER leaving himself vulnerable with someone who constantly tries to backstab him for power but of course it was because the plot wanted to give us Super DIO in drag.
Oh and the fact that Evil-Lyn basically gets away scot free after ALMOST destroying the universe itself isn’t even a surprise, it’s basically WandaVision’s ending but far more stupid.
Btw not that anyone probably cares at this point but they completely retconned Evil-Lyn’s backstory from the Revelation comics apparently, her parents weren’t even cannibals either.
In all fairness Dio pretty much already dresses himself in drag so this is even more pointless
Skeleton's don't have dicks, this makes no sense.
Her parents weren't cannibals, and Skeletor was not her first/only mentor. Her disguise in part one was literally that of the women who took her in/taught her magic after Lynn escaped from the cannibals who kidnapped her.
Right because Skeletor, of all people, would never even touch the Villain Ball. Skeletor was an idiot even in the 80s show. It's also funny when people hate the fact the show is not "true" to the original, yet this is exactly what would happen in the original.
And she destroyed all he-mas ancestors in their "heaven" and killed Panthor and its like oh well feel sorry for me at the end.

If you want to make the show about Teela instead of He-Man, fine, but go and name it after HER instead.
If you want her to be gay, fine, but don't shy away from actually SHOWING it.
If you want her to be all powerful and flawless, fine, but don't expect fans to be captivated.
"Name it after her?" Bu-bu-but muh brand recognition baiting!
regarding demonstration of homosexuality... it's unclear what visual would be required, but let's accept that it's not pornagraphy.
holding hands and saying "this is my girlfriend" would be sufficient, right?
maybe a midrange shot of them embracing after an ordeal..
if the point was that they're straight friends, use that as an opportunity to address assumptions "straight women can be close friends too; that's kind of mean to assume we act like this because of romantic attraction."
seems like queerbaiting followed by a dose of the not-gays to avoid "family values" boycott. (outdated ideas that savvy users will see through)
Spot on! Nail on the head x3.
@@PyrokineticFire1 humm probably depends on the story tupe right? Like if you wanna make a story that contains emotional romantic conflict than yeah you probably need to show lgbt couples, well being a couple but if that's not the main arc of the show than its fine to give hints right?

I think there are successful ways to handle any of those scenarios, and many many pitfalls.
I've actually enjoyed this show as long as Teela or Evil-Lynn weren't present.
Teela is Teela, but each time I've seen Lynn, i just felt pity. First at how she was being treated by Skeletor, then by writters.
Also, that ending... Will this really get another season? Can we get another season of 2002 He-man instead?
