I Have always loved living in “New Builds” as I Have been Blessed by owning 7 of them and really never had to worry about the actual building for years. I could Definitely see myself living in the last house. Hope that you’re keeping busy and selling homes. I was just there in S. B. Briefly a couple days ago and had to get my “Fix” from Tinos 😅.
