Who knows ,you tell me 😂😂😂. #1 I Love these kind of houses where you can walk in and immediately see through the house to some fantastic views. What a beautiful kitchen 😮❗️I’ve never seen a kitchen with dual islands, that’s awesome for anyone who likes to bake and create. The master bedroom??? I don’t know what to say, it’s perfect 👍. Over the top guest rooms! The pool cabana is a small mansion as well. I’m kind of surprised that for the money it didn’t have awesome landscaping as I’ve seen in some of your other tours. But I’ve got to say that whoever designed this house had a great vision of making it Not sterile like some of the other mansions and made it feel like a home 🏡. #2 I’m almost done watching this home but after watching the first home I just don’t get that “WOW factor” it’s a very beautiful home but felt kind of generic to me. The private lane leading up to the house is absolutely a paradise feeling. That pool looked AWESOME 👏👏👏 The ADU is definitely a positive for cash flow. #3 Now this house Definitely feels like a home 🏡. Yes it feels like simple living like you said but classy, beautiful and very nice 👍. It just felt very comfortable. And great location 😊. That first home is the most charming one yet! The rooms all have good proportions, nothing too cavernous and there are so many windows - lots of light. The gardens are amazing, wonder what the monthly landscaping cost is?

The home and gardens are gorgeous. I have watched quite a few of your videos but is it possible to not too fast through the rooms and when turning corners or turning the camera on the phone makes for dizziness. Viewing the homes would be so much more enjoyable if you slow down when going through the homes. Thank you ❤

I’ve been watching your channel for quite a while now and I’ve got to say that this is one of the most perfect locations EVER! Everywhere you look around this house is totally a Paradise and you don’t have to pay to watch your Neighbors beautiful yards. Just jaw dropping views. This is a beautiful house and somehow being such a modern house it actually feels like a 🏡 home. Very nice size kitchen and all the rooms seem to be very large as well. But I’ve got to say once again that the front yard had me sold from the beginning. Also the commute to get there is so beautiful everywhere you look. #3 I really liked the house style from the outside but then I kind of felt a little disappointed especially with the kitchen, it just seemed like something was missing there especially right under the tv. It is a very nice home but maybe after seeing the two first homes I can see why they were several million more. Thank you Joe for a home run tour of houses today. Also I expected to see much more vaulted ceiling’s. #2 awesome location 👏 This would be a great home for a family that loves the beach. Obviously there’s a lot of updating that can be done here. Nothing like smelling the ocean first thing in the morning. 😂😂😂😂 and here I thought that I was the only one who teases you about your driving 😂😂😂 #3 Compared to the last house we just saw for about the same price, this one definitely wins my vote. The entry is jaw dropping, the back of this house has a ton of windows to enjoy this amazing view. This one Definitely has that wow factor from the beautiful floors to the nice tall ceilings. nice first home, second paying for beach access a place to sleep basically, summer fun at the beach. loved the views of the third home. All house not much in out door pool but nice sitting nooks or bbq. loved the house itself. The laundry room what a luxury! ❤

What? I didn’t know there was Summerland Beach Park. I drive past there all the time but just enter the highway. I will check it out. The Padaro place was cool. The tent next door was a deal breaker. The third house could be updated relatively cheap and fast by replacing the brass fixtures, replace the pedestal sinks with cabinet sinks, refrigerator update, painting the whitewashed wood and cabinets white, tone down the stark white walls a bit, removing the furniture and staging properly.

The last property was sweet😎

The furniture is fabulously fabulous in the Padaro place!

7:52 Yeah when I lived in Santa Barbara I used to call it "the city of class warfare" you definitely feel that and the traffic. 101 to Milpas is almost always awful 😅

Those penthouses on the top floor of the Granada Theater don't look too inviting from the outside, how do they look inside?

Loved the 1930’s Spanish. Before he passed, my husband and I owned, for 35 years, a 1925 California Tudor in the San Marino area with Batchelder fireplace and flooring. The downstairs bedroom and full bathroom are a huge plus for me. Enjoy riding along with you both. 👍🏼🏡
