I remember years ago in Nashville, Mark sang his song in complete darkness with only a spotlight shining down on him…at the harmonizing part of the song, you walked up the steps out of that darkness singing that stunning harmony. It was so beautiful, I burst into tears. The Holy Spirit was definitely in that building that night, and I’ll never forget it.
When I think that the very Jesus, the Great I AM, king of kings is my Lord, My savior, that He knows me deeply … I feel small and yet truly loved. ❤ All the Glory to My King. For ever.

I have always loved Mark singing this song he penned (Buddy Greene wrote the music), but David’s rendition is incomparable. His use of crescendo/decrescendo is spine-chilling. Have always loved anything David sings since he joined the Gaither concerts in the late 1990’s. I have seen him sing in person twice, 2005 & 2011. In 2011 he sang Nessun Dorma. Gorgeous!
