The prosecution is so respectful.
That courtroom likely has mold in it as everyone that sits in there gets a stuffy nose!
Prior questions are so pointless!!
The witness has great recall
I don't really know the point of having the foresnsic scientist testify, the only person that she got a match for was Alex Cox, so what was the point in that testimony, does anyone know.
Prior wants to prove that it was Alex that did all the murdering.. he's trying to establish his clients innocence in the actual murdering.
This testimony is important for a few reasons. to start, the prosecution needs to prove three murders occurred and who likely committed each murder. This expert is helping to establish that Alex likely committed the actual murders of the two children. On that foundation, the prosecution then goes on to prove there was a conspiracy to commit the murders between Lori, Chad and Alex. This same approach was used in Lori's trial.
