    For as long as I can remember I haven't wanted someone to be found guilty and locked up forever, than Chad Daybell. He may well be the most loathed man in America, with Lori the most detested woman. Chudders selfishness was beyond the pale, all becoz of his own pathetic need to be admired, and to have a '140lb blonde' on his arm.Truely sickening.

    Love the way Prior objects in his “annoying” way. It helps the jury know what could be important information and breaks it down in the resulting questions by the prosecutors for more clarity

      @@louesparza8003 The defense attorney's rebuttal remarks to plead for his client's life at the sentencing part of the trial was bizarre. It was brief but such a lame defense that I think he just petered out in the end.

      @@louesparza8003 Speaking of petered out...I wonder if Chad's loin fire will peter out w/o having access to his ideal, middle-aged, serial-killer, sidekick to spark his passions or how long it'll take before he settles on what's available in the Big House?!

    Rick Wright was fab🥰He's concise, calm, firm and passionate about his job, you just know he cares and knows exactly what Lori Chad and Alex did. Pryor loves to try rattle and confuse people, it's his job of course, but Rick handled him beautifully. As for Lindsay Blake, she's a superstar in my eyes, the best prosecutor I've seen in a live trial ever!! She's going big places and she deserves it.🥰

    1st time the slug has moved practically....he was all biz with Pryor.... something about the time lines around leaving yellow stone or perhaps the lack of coverage of cameras to show tylee was in the car entering.....but cant sadly verify if she was visible on their exit. Small gaps...the writing is on the wall...slug goin down 👇🏻

    Wow. Those surveillance devices checking each place they went is a phenomenal new source. So much evidence against Chad, just keeps piling up. Ms. Blake is like a dog witha bone. Intelligent, knows just what and how to ask questions for the most part. Knows her stuff. Pryor is smart, but irritating in how he questions people, insulting st times.

      I live in Idaho about an hour and a half in between rexburg and you would actually be surprised within small communities we notice more than you realize. If you look into larger cities much more goes unsolved and unnoticed because there is much more crime and resources are spread thin. Idaho might be more rural in some areas but we clearly have no problem asking for help from the FBI and other resources as you've seen here and with the murders that recently happened in Moscow.

      DROVE ME CRAZY!! I don't know if it was deliberate, but I've recently reviewed footage from East Idaho News showing the case AND ALL OF A SUDDEN, 5 MONTHS LATER, I SAW CLEAR FOOTAGE OF THE DEFENSE TABLE AND EVEN A PICTURE OF TAMMY LYING IN HER CASKET. I swear, it wasn't there 2 months ago. No way. I've been reviewing things for months over and over, so someone made adjustments. Maybe they thought it would be taken down, originally? Not sure...

    The calmness of everyone in the courtroom is eerie considering what has happened. Chad is a vicious person with no regard for human life, a monster, yet he looks so ordinary. I find this case fascinating because of him, Lori is just nuts and selfish, Chad is evil.

    • @aimeefriedman822
      @aimeefriedman822 Місяць тому +1

      Yes, absolutely. Chad even knew Lori and Alex were nuts and that just made it all the more appealing. He's a loser who dreamed of being someone he could never be, something he'd never achieve, depending upon Tammy for everything.

  • @aimeefriedman822
    @aimeefriedman822 Місяць тому

    You know, If kay and Larry weren't looking for JJ, how long would it have taken for the Cox Grandparents to look for at least Tylee (bc I wonder if they ever felt JJ was theirs and not just Charles's Great Nephew). That's one scary point bc they stuckup for Lori and her "Hide out/bunker, Demons were coming after the kids, Charles all of a sudden was evil (though they'd known him to be a gentleman for years)" BS story for a long time. They NEVER went to any trial to show support for Colby, Tylee or JJ and didn't attend Chad's trial to at least witness that he wasn't getting away for what their daughter was convicted of. They abandoned those kids completely, in life and death.

    • @aimeefriedman822
      @aimeefriedman822 4 місяці тому

      Oh I get the feeling that by the time of the trial, Garth was having doubts and may not have even wanted to testify. He was not just unconvincing but seemed depressed about having to be there at all and not bc it was about his father being in jail. To me, it felt like he already knew he was going to be caught for lying. He was beyond nervous, not "I am going to set this horrible record straight bc I was there and I know the truth!" He is far too learned to believe the BS Chad was spewing to everyone else. No way did he believe his mother fell off a bed after being dead.
      I believe Chad has been using Emma against Tammy for a long time. I believe Tammy knew Chad was off his rocker with his so called spiritual beliefs but the way she was brought up was to shut up and not contest anything your husband says. But it had to cause tensions and Chad probably had Emma trained to say things like, "Oh mom, leave Dad alone". I believe Chad was building Emma up to be the perfect daughter he loved more than all the kids and even Tammy, for a long time.
      Emma's anger at law enforcement for caring about her mother and not questioning ANYTHING about Chad, took years of training. It's certainly disgraceful and disgusting. She would have said any lie, no matter how absurd, without question or fear of committing perjury. I don't get the same feeling from Garth.
