Finally the mystery is solved as to why we need TWO ways to load paper. This was confusing the hell out of me and the paper manual doesn't explain it because it's too busy telling us in 50 languages so it has to condense each section into a few pages. Anyway it's clear now. The bottom tray is if you want to run a lot of prints whereas the top one is for less. To be honest the top one would be more than sufficient for most jobs.

Thanks man , im pretty good with pc you know. but this printer was driving me mad onj how to load rear paper. Theres noto slide the blue tabs at the back to make the paper go in. Well Done Thankyou.

How you close the frontal panel ???? It close automatically??
You need to gently pulll it up and gently pull it down. In some case you may need to pull back then forward movement in order to close it
