It does have the capability for double sided printing. Just an FYI.
The connection is available on the printer to connect to a PC, not sure if you missed it. In your video, at 2:13 the top connection over the power cable is the USB connection port you definitely can connect it to PC.
It can actually print both sides of a paper.
Hey, I am a senior and I use this printer. Just bought my second one. Also, you can use a wire hook up to your USB on your computer like I did. Hope these corrections help you decide as I like this canon printer!

Meii 101 did you pay $200 for it on amazon? Can’t find it cheaper than that so I just bought the pink one from HSN for $80. Best Buy has it on sale for $59 but it’s been sold out for too long now

Katia Rayanna how do you like it? I notice black ink like smudges keep getting on top of the printer. Not sure how that happens lol but it does run out of ink fast!!!! I swear I used it a handful of times and already ran out of ink. . It’s also kind of slow and heavier than I thought it’d be. Besides that, it’s doing its job.

Very clear and quick setup through the HP printer App. It even gives animated pictures of Exactly whatTo do next. Very intuitive. @Katja Grig I have this printer. Go to 2:16 on this video and look up and slightly to the right of the power cord being plugged in. You can clearly see the black USB port.
@Katja Grig No, you have to get your own cable, if you really need one. Setting up the printer without it is simple enough!

Thank you for all the info in this video, and you are right, it is made for college students, like myself! However, Canon’s description of its printing speed for A4 b/w copies, namely of 13p/second led me on. Its fast speed made me believe it’s made for printing high volume (like 1k/2k pgs) documents. Any thoughts on that?

Hello from experience on making tattoo stencils. I'd make a rough size of the person skin the area they want covered. Then if they emailed or had a photo they liked to send it to me. Id would then download it or if it was a physical photo. I would scan it on my printer and then drag and drop the image into photoshop if it is needed with any touchup or if it was off centered or the orientation was wonky example the camera angle of the image was taken and needed to be free transformed Skew Distort Wrap all those funky tools in photoshop and then into illustrator to rasterise the image to make it vector based. I would then size the image to be the corrector measurement of the area of skin that the client wants on an artboard in illustrator and save as a PDF then I would print it to a4 size and it should be the correct measurements they you made. You can also print it in transfer paper ,sticky paper , holigraphic paper . Good advice always print in CMYK not RGB cause the colours on screen are a lot different then Printer colours. You should also do an outline on the image this is called a Bleed where the printer prints in case you ever get stuff printed in a shop or somewhere and half the image is cut off haha. Hi I have a question I have the same exact printer but I haven use it in a while I finally decided to use it and when I cut it on it only stay one the canon symbol what do I do ?
Try unplugging and powering on, repeat the process until it gets to the home page.
So is the bottom paper tray the MAIN paper tray, rather than the top one? I need a printer that loads paper in the bottom since I keep my printer underneath my bed and obviously I don't have a lot of height availability with that. In other pictures and reviews I saw online it looked like paper was being loaded from the top which is why I originally nixed this printer... But if it I can load it all in the bottom, that would be fabulous

Yes I did notice that. I guess the only thing you can do it place the printer and cables where they aren’t easily moved around.

Hi, this one might print on water slide decal paper however I would recommend an Epson, preferably an EcoTank for something of that nature.

I would suggest to look at printers with separate colour cartridges than this for any use case. Evan when you print only black and white. All inkjet printers will consume colour cartridges at some point either for printing or just maintenance of print heads.
Dymo or rollo brand
Get the laser printer. Basically any laser b/w printer is more reliable if you would like to print basic text/graphics.

my ts5320 is not printing at all. It was printing faintly. I cannot access maintenance but a new printer should not need cleaning. I cannot access Canon without getting scammers who want to use my system to fix the problem.

Wrong and it has a USB port. And this thing is really cheap. I opened mine and the top cover almost came off you have to be very very careful. Your video just not up to par. I went by the directions because I started with your video and it really didn't help me. It would be nice if you went slower explain that a little bit more. I've been at this almost an hour and I'm only at the connection method. It's not as easy as you are portraying it. I don't know why you think that it is for somebody younger. I'm a senior adult and I find this challenging but I have a very limited budget and very limited space for a printer. I found setting this up more complicated than I thought it would be.
For someone on a limited budget, there are far better printers around that aren’t a pretty colour.

I just got this printer. The USB cable does not come with it. Yes, you can print with a USB cable or go wireless. Setup is pretty easy.

Yes you need WiFi, if printing from your phone.

I really really hate this printer. It took me forever to get it to work through wifi. I have to reconnect the wifi every time I use it. It is supposed to print in duplex but it only prints in duplex on plain paper. It does not mention this in the ads.

i don't think it's limited by age group like it's for "young" as much as it's for the functional use. I'm using it to print cardstock and colour prints. not high volume.
So how old are you? This may not be the best option for cardstock, you may want an Epson WF for thicker types of media.

Also the fact it print on card stock 😉 ahhh can’t believe I’m only just finding it!! I don’t even need a new printer but I’m totally getting it just cuz it’s so cute!!!!!

Does this work fine with Cricut Sticker Paper?
I've been getting faint black lines across my stickers when using the cricket brand sticker paper and the backing of it makes constant paper jams with it. Though from my experience purchase other brands of sticker paper and use paper such as card stock to test how well your printer is printing first

It can be name-brand or generic just as long as it is compatible with your printer's model. You can read the description of the ink you are interested in to verify if it is compatible.

But he did not demonstrate it, it does not offer double sided printing.
Start watching his video at 5:19 point and you will see double side printing taking place.
@@BestPrinters Also look in the manual and you will see you can turn two-sided printing on or off, and they call it "Duplex Printing" as well as "two-sided printing".
