    💛About us:
Hi! We are Trey and Rosa, we have 5 kiddos and we moved from the big city of Las Vegas to the outskirts of Pahrump to homestead and grow our own food with the goal of self-sufficiency. We have a small homestead with Nigerian Dwarf goats, ducks, chickens, and also have cats and dogs running around everywhere and recently converted to eating a full plant based diet due to health reasons.
We are passionate about growing our own food, eating clean & healthy, cooking food from scratch, desert gardening and making simple skincare products for our family and for you.
We specialize in making 100% goat's milk soap using fresh goat milk from our own Nigerian Dwarf goats that provide the most moisturizing bar of goat milk soap you'll try. We love all the benefits of our goat milk soaps and find that it's great for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dry skin.

I feel like that’s incredibly cheap for organic. In Canada two organic peppers are $5 Canadian from Walmart and I certainly couldn’t find the amazing range of different things you have, great video.

I just love your channel ❤ Your videos are so fun and enjoyable to watch, and your children are so wonderful, and you are so cute and sweet!!
    I wish we were neighbors!!!
We would have fun as neighbors, and it would be fun to be around all of your wonderful children!!
I'm in Alabama, and it's been cold here, too!!
I love that Wal-Mart Vegan Kimchi, too!! It's my favorite!! My favorite dishes are Asian dishes.
I look forward to looking up your lime dressing recipe!!
Ok, so my guess on the color of your cabinets and kitchen is like a sea foam green or blue or coral or ocean blues and greens. (That's the first thing that popped into my vision).
I've been looking for purple sweet potatoes but can't find them. I may try going to Asian markets to see if they have them there.
Good luck with your garden!! I know the kids will love working in the garden, too!!
The green bell peppers are cheaper because they are unripened colored peppers. If you leave them on the vines longer, they will turn colors also!! 😊
So, my guess for the cost of the grocery haul is $625. That's still less than $100/person, which is good!! I under-guessed last time!! Lol So, I'll see what you actually paid. I know I'm way off, lol 😂
Wow!! I was way off, lol
That was alot of food for $474!!
    Great job!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
Looking forward to your next video!!

Hi there! WOW you’re a great guess. Hint hint I chose a “green” for our cabinets but let’s hope no one sees this comment 😆
I was guessing Alabama wouldn’t be as cold as here! We get to the 20s at night and early morning but recently it’s warmed up a bit.
I bet if you get kimchi at the Asian market it is way better! So if you are going to the Asian market, get kimchi there instead, but becareful and look at the ingredients. Sometimes it’s not vegan they use fish. That’s if you are vegan!
I’m so glad to have you here, love connecting with new people 🫂

I guessed 426.71. I loved your haul. Red peppers take longer to ripen. I wonder if that’s why they’re more. Mine took like a month longer to ripen. I wish I could share my home canned tomatoes with you. I have like 40qt. I keep sharing with my kids. I can’t eat too many, so just my husband eats them. How do you grow such big chard? What is your secret? I grew some awesome lettuce that grew into the fall months.

Ooh close!! Oh yes you’re right about the red peppers and they take up more resources and time.
Our soil is very good and we have all our goat manure and chicken manure which probably help the microbiome in the dirt that makes it grow well! They’re very hearty. When we grow them I’ll have to make a video and have Trey give some tips and tricks!
Btw I don’t know how to call you by name, your username is Tisha but your name comes up as Gail. What’s your name friend? 😅

A few thoughts on where to buy organic pantry or dried goods. When buying organic produce you’re stuck at market price but dry goods your can stock up and save. Costco has six packs of organic semolina pasta for $10, cases of organic coconut milk. Buy your lentils (red, yellow, fresh, brown), beans and quinoa, barley, buckwheat, etc in 25 lbs from Country Life Foods, Azure standard, essential organics, etc. Also we found a distributor a company that sells produce to restaurants and businesses where you can buy cases of organic food like bananas, zucchini, tomatoes, cauliflower, etc Especially in the summer where I buy chop and freeze. It was worth it to us to have a second freezer. It may be different where you live, but it would be worth traveling. We’re also WFPB and mostly organic and have found a few work arounds to make things more affordable. I keep a journal or list of grocery prices for everything we buy regularly so I know if a sale is good 😊

Such great ideas! I’ve tried going through Azure standard but always found Amazon to have the best deals on bulk dried items.
We did consider Costco but having that membership is just another payment 😫
Love these ideas and thank you so much for sharing we will have to reconsider Costco!
