I think the house is reallly great❤ , I don’t know why the people in the comment are hating on it , everyone have different needs and taste of their own , if it dose not match your style it dose not make this house boring you need to understand that.
This house area I used to go daily while going to work and watch through gate and I wished to go inside one a day... But today I saw this beautiful ❤️ house 🏠.... thank you 💟
The stones' placement and colors suggest the owner has stone mines, but they clash with the interior decor. There's a lack of texture play and attention to soft surfaces. The colors are odd. It seems the client is sticking stubbornly to their predetermined ideas. In short, the home feels more like a big wedding hall with scattered trees and plants.
Beautiful and opulent. Catchy features of this house, for me, are the cascading terraces and the staircase. Both beautifully done. The cascading terraces gives a special effect to this grand villa. Excellent selection of materials and the theme with which it has been used. Congratulations to the architect and the house owner.
@@aj.sh600 mmm naa u r kinda right it's more like a dream house but th bigger the house gt the less the people or family members r close or interactive to each other in a way

House is spectacular, all negative comments received is probably because of fact all those can’t reach such heights in their life time, As Tamil proverb goes “ Etta Kani pulikum”
The house in the video is over sized and too many empty spaces like many bunglows in india. I like big homes but every room should be usable like seated space or a gym or a reading room or even a TV room.
The outer facade and even thr architecture is good but i also think that the interior lacks emotion and feel of a home it is probably due to interior designing
Whats the point in having a house with huge maintanance cost. Owner has to spend huge chunk of money on terrace garden repair work after 10 years. But I am impressed with the swimming pool and bed rooms design.
Marvelous...Speechless....This is not a house.....This is 100% art. Edit: Many people are commenting on interiors, but it depends on the owner... if they want simple decor, it's fine.
Hats off, amazing and thank you to owner and architect. Its no fluke they are Rich. Its a best traditional blueprint to growth, vastu compliant bungalow, owner of this house will grow and grow.. center of house open, 8 sign walk way, west temple, north east water fountain, I will make similar house for my self and this video will serve as a manifestation. Great knowledge Mr architect, I loved your simplicity.. how easily you solved such a complex demand. One recommendation, not sure though: SE has clutter left side to parking, shift that to ESE else it's a perfect home 🏡. ❤
its very smart design but reads more like an expensive hotel than a liveable house. do people feel at ease in this marble marvel! does it feel warmth in there!
The definition of house and luxury for me! (dream💭) wondering the amount of money that is put into this and the effort to earn those for the owner, also the architecture is marvelous!🙌
Beautiful palace. Wrong to call this a home / house. Very opulent. The Pooja room looks divine. I am a tad let down by the garden and views. As a tree/ plant lover I would have loved to see the ceremonial drive filled with sandalwood, kadhamba tree, paarijath, vanni, shenbagam and other fruit and flower bearing trees. It is disappointing to see the green spaces appear barren and unused with pointless decorative shrubs which add no decorative or medicinal value. If the landscaping and tree vendor had filled in more trees and flowers and herbs the final impression would have been even more standout. But again to each his own. A beautiful stunning palace no doubt. Amazing work by the design and build team.
I saw this video a while back and out of all the videos this stuck in my memory so today i once again searched this video to keep it as a reference point though i dont have such kind of money🤣 honestly i liked the terrace gardens very much and it somehow makes everything beautiful..though the interior was a bit bland for my taste i find the whole design very asthetic..
Amazing video, but I have a small suggestion: showcasing such luxurious homes might be pointless because people with that kind of money aren't typically having time to waste on UA-cam. It would be more helpful to make videos of homes that are 40/60 or 50/80 sq. ft. Its more tangibly and relatable
I feel the proportions of cantilevers and all exterior projection are missing considering the scope of work here, should be in a hierarchy. But incorporating trees into the building was really nice.
Everything feels forced, forced to construct in 17500 sq ft, forced to keep gardens and greenaries, forced to use fancy stones, star wars, football stuff etc. Buildofy video of a 30*40 house that was posted in the past week was much beautiful than this. Money can't buy class, this house is a prime example.
Not sure what is the purpose of building over sized houses if you have less than 6 family members, unless the land is owned for more than 10 generations, because at night it feels creepy, stressful and not very much relaxing. I have 2 five bedroom houses one in the outskirts of a small city and another one close to a hill station and both are around 1950-2000 square feet (including car parking). Land area for 2 houses are 8200 sq ft & 13,100 sq ft. The houses are always maintained to be clean and most part of the house is a comfortable living space. But i have a front porch combined with a car parking which is a bit huge at 342 sq ft💪and the house rear exit also has a huge sun shade of 140 sqr ft, which makes the house front elevation look massive. The balcony is around 182 sq ft. This was a technique given by a civil engineer to make a medium size house to look massive 🤣and it worked really well

i was about to comment the same & I believe exterior looks good only cause it is big house & nothing innovative/unique about the exterior aswell
Good work architect....infinite money helps....i guess the owner is a multi millionaire generationally
Not millionaire must be a billionaire
Dream house of a Manchester United fan! Cheers to the Owner!
What a beautiful house and wow the way puja room is set , its one of the best way i have seen a puja room :)

Love the fact that Siddarth and his team truly understood the client holistically and gave them this beautiful house as a result of that

Excellent house. Those who have commented negative about this house is just the outcome of jealousy that they wouldn't be able to afford this...
Perfect architecture home ..super design and landscaping..architect should have added the lift
What a beautiful house🤩 Its literally a house in a garden! ❤

Great architecture and interior. I hope they have 20 people in family to live here to bring the home vibe. Otherwise it will be just ghost house.
God bless the family ..great house ❤
Very nice, but more commercial look rather home feel
Well written dialogues for architect. But too much of gardening on slabs needs too much of daily maintenance.

Better to give rentals for daily serials atleast they can get ROI
