Deberías decir "Don't buy the dress for me" Gracias!
!Gracias muchas, Paula!
Wow, only just found your channel, your teaching is so in depth and understandable, going to work my way through the rest of your videos, I retired to Spain to live, learning Spanish is a challenge, looking forward to understanding more with your channel, gracias.
En ingles se dice "Buy it FOR me.".
Fantastico explicaciones! I love the way it’s concise, but everything is in there in the explanation it’s to the point always with examples and not a lot of talking about many different things like so many videos you get so caught up in the other subjects they’re trying to bring in and talk about and they’re all over the place. This is very organized.🎉
Very good content. I agree with the "buy it FOR me, etc.." ... The other thing that is a bit odd is the use of LET'S DON'T. It is understood, but it is very informal, very colloquial. Normally, we use "LET'S NOT..." Let's not go to that movie. Let's not order dessert, etc...
Good to see you back in action Paula! I just watched this one for the first time. One thing I learned is that there is such a thing as reflexive pronouns. I will be back with more questions later. One quick observation, good choice of topic. I have never seen a video before on the relationship between commands and direct and indirect pronouns. Again good to have you back, we missed yoy.
Thank you so much. Yep! I’m back. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all things going on. Plus, I’ve been working hard with my 1:1 students, I’m so happy 😬 Yes, reflexive pronouns used with reflexive verbs (when an action is taken by ourselves and it goes back to us at the same time) I’ll be here if you have further questions 👍🏻
They were so interesting! 🤩🤩 the theory part I need to watch again because I've learned it for the first time. But I understood the quiz very well. It was exciting. Thanks for this informative and useful video😍😊
Hi Barbara! I know, this is a tricky topic. Have you watched the playlist about how to make commands? This one was the last one, when I mixed all the commands with pronouns. The previous ones are in English and each one is about one type of commands. 😉😉
Súper bien. Gracias, Paula.
(Agradezcamos a Paula) o ¡Agradezcámoselos!
No puedo entender o no me puedo entender???
QUIZ:::Please make same video- but keep the test in present tense. It’s very difficult to learn these and then try to think of the future tense for the examples. It’s easier to think of one thing at a time just the pronouns and leave it in the present tense; and once that is Lauren, then we could try it in the future tense.
I like the English grammar mistakes it reminds me of how the Spanish brain forms the same sentence meanings but with different structures. Buy to someone is your version of my ... buy for someone...
The English grammar police should spend more time worrying about their Spanish instead your English... 😆 Estás bien, a quién le importa? Estoy aqui para mejorar mi español. Gracias por el video.

Hola Alan.
Muchas gracias ☺️
Hay ciertos contextos en los que todavía dudo en el uso entre “for” y “to”. 🫣🫣

But I understood the quiz very well. It was exciting.
Thanks for this informative and useful video😍😊
Thank you. I’m happy you understood the quiz even though it was your first approach to the topic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
@@SpeakSpanishWithPaula thank YOU :)
Well, this one was way above my head. But I tried to learn some things. Your teaching is excellent, it’s just that I have to get better at my Spanish.

Gracias Paula.

@@SpeakSpanishWithPaula 😯👍Gracias. Sí, es un trabalenguas. 😂
Is “díselo” an exception on conjugation? Isn’t the third-person singular of decir -dice? Is diceselo just considered awkward? What is the rule here?
what is the difference between banemos(imperative affirmative 'nos') and banemonos ??

@@SpeakSpanishWithPaula Gracias! Muy amable de tu parte! 😊
Excelente Gracias! Pero es “buy it FOR me” hope that helps!
Gracias a ti 😉 (Every now and then I mess up “to” and “for”, it’s like “por” and “para”)
@@SpeakSpanishWithPaula As long as the Spanish is correct we can figure out the English. Gracias por los vídeos.
@@aodhmac7 Yes, in Spanish is 100% correct 😊😊

Your English is so bad lol. But it's still a good lesson, thank you.
