      I would have to disagree my Doctor has it on file, furthermore I don't have a co-payment. I don't deal with lazy people I will walk out find another doctor there are a dime a dozen

      @@biancagerade4229 As someone who worked as a patient registration rep I will say it's not being lazy. There a numerous of reasons why you may have to present your insurance card every time. It's one of those things where you would have to work there to understand.

      @@biancagerade4229 You kinda are the lazy one, you just have to take your card out of your bag... Pretty sure you can stop scrolling your phone for the 30 seconds it will take you. Have some respect for the workers, they are not your slaves.

      Yeah and it is annoying when you ask people if their information is still the same and they say yes. Later we find out that's not the case and their response is oh I thought I gave my new insurance, address, and phone number to you. You would be surprised by the amount of people that won't update their information.

    In 2024 there are no excuses for inconveniencing customers over antiquated paper file systems. Digital file management systems became standard 20 years ago. I don't argue with policies, l just move my accounts to businesses that qualify.

      Digital only is fine until someone tries to get medical services under your name and leave you with the bill. Sometimes the card is just a confirmation check.

    Not only complain when you move to the back move your business to a different business remind me that you are a customer

      In that case you're not "a customer", you're an "entitled disrespectful customer". There is a reason they ask for your card. Connect your two neurons, you'll understand. They are better without customers like you who have no respect for the workers.
