If I write a list before bed I can tackle this better from the start of the day. With no list, I Hmm and haw, and sway my mind to be lazy. Lists keep me motivated.
I started a list at the beginning of challenge and i am doi g something everyday but am not finding things being checked off my list as everyday it seems something else than whats on list takes priority! Did get the canned chicken and rhubarb sauce checked off list today! Great. Tip on eggs....I'm going to try it!

I started a list as well, and likewise I have bypassed it. There are new things coming in every day now.

I enjoy them beside a meal. Sometimes I will just put them with cheese and crackers. Who am I kidding sometimes I just open the fridge for a pickle.
