I have shared a few methods over the past few videos for this month. 1- You can tie a small bundle and hang it in a location out of the sun. 2- you can lay them out on a tea towel or paper towel, especially good for tiny bits like chamomile flowers. 3- in a dehydrator on about 95°, the lowest setting on my machine. 4- they can be frozen in icecube trays or 5- freeze dried if you have the machine. Absolutely! The newer lids don't ping like the old ones did, but it's still satisfying.
