The popping of sealing lids is one of the most satisfying sounds a canner can hear, isn't it?

Thank You. I can't wait to try it. I have an open jar of commercial salsa to use up first.

Seeing you for the first time. I may have missed it, but do you have directions on how to dry the urbs?

I have shared a few methods over the past few videos for this month. 1- You can tie a small bundle and hang it in a location out of the sun. 2- you can lay them out on a tea towel or paper towel, especially good for tiny bits like chamomile flowers. 3- in a dehydrator on about 95°, the lowest setting on my machine. 4- they can be frozen in icecube trays or 5- freeze dried if you have the machine. I hope that helps.
