Hey! Are you doing microneedle for serum penetration? if so, how many time you reuse and how often? i heard 0.5mm every other day but dosent that sound to often? I throw the needle away if i use it on face + scars. so i wounder how many times i could use it for just penetration. starting ghk cu soon. have you tried it? got alot of stretchmarks due to bodybuilding wich im hoping to fix

ive been doing whole 30 for 3 weeks now and i'm LOVING it! it's very similar to how you're eating now. i also have hashis and gave up gluten/dairy long ago. but sugar is apparently just as triggering to my body, so i'll have to evaluate permanently how much sugar i consume. great video!

The “death stare thing is probably down to insecurities in the men…”Is the pretty/beautiful woman smiling or laughing at me”…I think I was a little bit like that in my youth, (overthink it) but I just see it as nice/friendly when it happens now. Online dating is a minefield. When my sister tried it, she would randomly meet men without telling anyone where she was. When I found out I insisted she tell me/friends who she was with, and where she was at all times. Sadly she’s never had a long term relationship from using those sites. I think I've seen the same comment about the minefield that is online dating! And, I think I've done the same as your sister in the past. And, that's not good and not safe. The way people use these dating apps nowadays reminds me of ordering stuff off of Amazon. Ie: Hey, that looks ok I'll order that one! I am no expert but I feel like people don't know how to date anymore. It's not easy. My new approach is radical honesty and if that scares a person away, oh well that's fine. It is very freeing to be blunt and not play any games. About my cat - I love that Spud is a scene-stealer and I should have had more shots of him. He's too funny. I’ve been eating a variety of nuts daily for as long as I can remember, but I don’t think I’ve ever eaten Macadamia nuts…Don’t see them in the big stores over here. Dr Brad Stanfield made a video about Oleic Acid being 100x stronger than Resveratrol…Found in “Walnuts, Avocados, and Olive oil”...I also read somewhere that Macadamia oil has a much higher oleic acid content than Olive oil. Hard to believe you’ve had many health issues, because you’re the picture of health. Hope you keep staying on top of them Holly…Makes it very interesting to hear about the supplements you’re using. Definitely worth a video of its own. I only take Vitamin D3...Would like to introduce some of the ones you’re using into my diet, but being a man of mature years, I always end up thinking that maybe I should consult my doctor beforehand..? ("My doctor" = A different one every visit😊)
I do 4 eggs and half avocado every morning. Try to do intermittent fasting ( 16 hours ) a few times a week. Not sure if I'm hitting ketosis, but definitely feel better restricting carbs...

A few years back I started doing back ground checks on guys my sister dated. She mentioned it to one of them and he freaked a bit. He was a real oddball and the report showed it. It's a good idea! Joe B. below nailed it on the 'stares': some guys are unwashed and oblivious. Find a good one, but be careful and get to know his past through friends.
You may want to look into the keto mojo. Checking ketosis by breath is very unstable and often not reliable. Do research on it and you will find this method the least effective. I absolutely love keto mojo they are the leaders in BG and BK testing.

Online dating is awful but meeting people in real life is also dangerous. I befriended an elderly man of 72 and he invited me for dinner. I googled him and found that he had sexually assaulted a girl my age in a motel and had just gotten out of prison for it. Scary! Can you recommend background check websites?
Joyce, you are so sweet. It sounds like something I would have done. I actually have done stuff like that in the past. I am so glad you googled him. Thank goodness. That is so scary he just got out of prison! What in the world is wrong with people? You don't need that in your life. I have to tell you that my sweet son who is 17 got his first job not long ago and it was roofing (super dangerous in multiple ways). And, it turns out he was working alongside a child rapist who had raped two young children (a 6 yr old boy and a 16 yr old girl) and just got out of prison after being locked up for 20 yrs for that. The guy wasn't registered locally as a sex offender and the state doesn't have his updated address. The company owner (a pastor) was just hiring him under the table & believed the offenders story about him being not guilty. That's dumb and not safe. I could not have my son working with this guy and my son knew he could not either. It was terrible. I know we are told not to judge others, but sometimes judgement is needed and required to protect yourself and loved ones. :) This is a small town, so my son had to make an excuse to get out of that situation - this is not something to confront around here. The main thing that I do when looking someone up - is to start with their name and the actual county they are currently living in. You can also use their name to find past addresses as google seems to have all that info logged. Once you know the past addresses and current city, you just need to look up "county name + circuit court access" or something along those lines. Circuit court search for whatever county it is. Most counties have the records online and public, but certain ones in CA and other states don't allow you to find everything. I've also used this site: unicourt.com/ and this one: casetext.com/

EDITED: Holly, you're taking virtually everything I have and or have tried. Based on your symptoms and the fact that you have had deers in your yard, had general pain and inflammation, headaches, joint pain etc, sounds like you may have had a tick borne illness (TBI), possibly Lyme disease and/or mold. Is your house somewhat musty at all? And, have you ever in your life and bit by a tick that you're aware of? If so, did you get a bullseye rash? Since you are taking supplements, have you tried bio resonance frequency therapy such as Rife frequencies machines or Rife via electromagnetic field (PEMF), light meaning diodes, or lasers? All those things are really great if you have the right frequency set. You can scan for offending microbes and toxins, if you have the right technology. I went through much of that. Iam still deal with some of it. However, apparently like you, I had to become my own super advocate, and ended up zapping many of the marauding microbes and malicious mold, etc. Then I sought to optimize my microbiome terrain. I utilized various probiotics and even Phage therapy ( Life Extension GI Probiotic Phage therapy, or something to that effect), and others, for my gut. On a separate note, And I don't mean to be patronizing, a fact is a fact, you have amazing skin. QUESTION: Did you ever put olive oil with high oleanic acid on your skin? Apparently olive oil is actually better than resveratrol for upping the good Sirtuins, and upregulating NAD+. My daughter also uses those rollers with needles in them. I forgot what you call them. Hi Michael - thank you! I have put Olive Oil on my face in the past - but it was years back. :) I absolutely love avocado oil for dry skin now. I too do microneedling, like your daughter. It's incredible for collagen production and for fixing up pigmentation issues and texture. Overall, it might be one of the best at-home skin treatments you can do to reverse some of the aging process. I haven't done any frequency therapies. I will look into though. My issues started a long time before moving here in the woods. I am super careful with tics. I did have one on me for five days (my worst nightmare) a year or two ago and I ended up getting it tested and it had no diseases at all (thank God) and I was fine. I did some expensive Lyme testing five+ years ago and was negative. I don't know what my deal is, other than the fact that I had a very toxic exposure to carbon monoxide in 2009/2010 for about 7 months. I'm lucky my son and I survived. I was very healthy before that and during and after, my health just went downhill fast. It seems to have caused a cascading effect on every system in my body and all my problems started then and it's the exact time I discovered I had an autoimmune disorder (Hashimotos).

I ask because on a previous video I watched of yours from 2 yrs ago Microneedling at home my most comprehensive video, there appeared to be some hair loss on your left hairline but now its filled in. Thank you for asking! I do have some hair loss there probably due to aging and because I used to often wear my hair totally pulled up. I hate to say it but I have only microneedled the hairline 2 to 3 times. Lately, when I microneedle, I try to always do the hairline too. I definitely want to keep doing it and see if it helps. Hair loss is a big issue for people and if it worked well, that would be amazing. I think I need to do it more often to see if I can get any results. :) I think the only way you'll see it is if my hair is all pulled up and back, including the front area bangs. :)
Interestingly I started taking glycine for sleep just a few days ago. Because of its sweet taste it started to effect my blood glucose and it threw me out of ketosis, which I try to say in for nutritional support for my autoimmune conditions and chronic migraines. Plus it was giving me chronic headaches since I started taking it. It definitely did help me to sleep but it’s obviously having a negative impact on my health other wise.
Thank you for sharing this and so sorry to hear it. It's interesting how certain supplements really don't work for some people and make things worse, when for some other people they really help. At least you are super aware of these things and what is impacting you. I will try to monitor my blood glucose after taking it. Sorry you also have an autoimmune issue. Are there any other things that cause flareups of the autoimmune problems for you?
Thanks so much for sharing this. I haven't had any big flareups of my autoimmune issues in years but they used to present in a way that was recognizable and I'd be able to fix it. But, recently out of nowhere (this past week), I developed intense shoulder and foot pain & weakness with my arm. These are things that I had dealt with many years ago before I was eating properly and when my autoimmune issues were not under control. I don't have any other symptoms like I used to, but I am pretty sure it's related to some stuff I ate last week. I am really working on figuring it out. It's a rough reminder of how I used to feel all the time. I know you understand. Thank you for your comments!

I have to tell you that my sweet son who is 17 got his first job not long ago and it was roofing (super dangerous in multiple ways). And, it turns out he was working alongside a child rapist who had raped two young children (a 6 yr old boy and a 16 yr old girl) and just got out of prison after being locked up for 20 yrs for that. The guy wasn't registered locally as a sex offender and the state doesn't have his updated address. The company owner (a pastor) was just hiring him under the table & believed the offenders story about him being not guilty. That's dumb and not safe.
I could not have my son working with this guy and my son knew he could not either. It was terrible. I know we are told not to judge others, but sometimes judgement is needed and required to protect yourself and loved ones. :) This is a small town, so my son had to make an excuse to get out of that situation - this is not something to confront around here.
The main thing that I do when looking someone up - is to start with their name and the actual county they are currently living in. You can also use their name to find past addresses as google seems to have all that info logged. Once you know the past addresses and current city, you just need to look up "county name + circuit court access" or something along those lines. Circuit court search for whatever county it is. Most counties have the records online and public, but certain ones in CA and other states don't allow you to find everything. I've also used this site: unicourt.com/ and this one: casetext.com/

EDITED: Holly, you're taking virtually everything I have and or have tried. Based on your symptoms and the fact that you have had deers in your yard, had general pain and inflammation, headaches, joint pain etc, sounds like you may have had a tick borne illness (TBI), possibly Lyme disease and/or mold. Is your house somewhat musty at all? And, have you ever in your life and bit by a tick that you're aware of? If so, did you get a bullseye rash?
Since you are taking supplements, have you tried bio resonance frequency therapy such as Rife frequencies machines or Rife via electromagnetic field (PEMF), light meaning diodes, or lasers? All those things are really great if you have the right frequency set. You can scan for offending microbes and toxins, if you have the right technology.
I went through much of that. Iam still deal with some of it. However, apparently like you, I had to become my own super advocate, and ended up zapping many of the marauding microbes and malicious mold, etc. Then I sought to optimize my microbiome terrain.
I utilized various probiotics and even Phage therapy ( Life Extension GI Probiotic Phage therapy, or something to that effect), and others, for my gut.
On a separate note, And I don't mean to be patronizing, a fact is a fact, you have amazing skin.
QUESTION: Did you ever put olive oil with high oleanic acid on your skin? Apparently olive oil is actually better than resveratrol for upping the good Sirtuins, and upregulating NAD+.

Hi Michael - thank you! I have put Olive Oil on my face in the past - but it was years back. :) I absolutely love avocado oil for dry skin now. I too do microneedling, like your daughter. It's incredible for collagen production and for fixing up pigmentation issues and texture. Overall, it might be one of the best at-home skin treatments you can do to reverse some of the aging process.
I haven't done any frequency therapies. I will look into though. My issues started a long time before moving here in the woods. I am super careful with tics. I did have one on me for five days (my worst nightmare) a year or two ago and I ended up getting it tested and it had no diseases at all (thank God) and I was fine. I did some expensive Lyme testing five+ years ago and was negative.
I don't know what my deal is, other than the fact that I had a very toxic exposure to carbon monoxide in 2009/2010 for about 7 months. I'm lucky my son and I survived. I was very healthy before that and during and after, my health just went downhill fast. It seems to have caused a cascading effect on every system in my body and all my problems started then and it's the exact time I discovered I had an autoimmune disorder (Hashimotos).

This is totally random but do you microneedle your hair? I ask because on a previous video I watched of yours from 2 yrs ago Microneedling at home my most comprehensive video, there appeared to be some hair loss on your left hairline but now its filled in. Your have beautiful full hair and I’m dying to know whats your secret.
Thank you for asking! I do have some hair loss there probably due to aging and because I used to often wear my hair totally pulled up. I hate to say it but I have only microneedled the hairline 2 to 3 times. Lately, when I microneedle, I try to always do the hairline too. I definitely want to keep doing it and see if it helps. Hair loss is a big issue for people and if it worked well, that would be amazing. I think I need to do it more often to see if I can get any results. :) I think the only way you'll see it is if my hair is all pulled up and back, including the front area bangs. :)

Interestingly I started taking glycine for sleep just a few days ago. Because of its sweet taste it started to effect my blood glucose and it threw me out of ketosis, which I try to say in for nutritional support for my autoimmune conditions and chronic migraines. Plus it was giving me chronic headaches since I started taking it. It definitely did help me to sleep but it’s obviously having a negative impact on my health other wise.
Thank you for sharing this and so sorry to hear it. It's interesting how certain supplements really don't work for some people and make things worse, when for some other people they really help. At least you are super aware of these things and what is impacting you. I will try to monitor my blood glucose after taking it. Sorry you also have an autoimmune issue. Thanks so much for sharing this. I haven't had any big flareups of my autoimmune issues in years but they used to present in a way that was recognizable and I'd be able to fix it. But, recently out of nowhere (this past week), I developed intense shoulder and foot pain & weakness with my arm. These are things that I had dealt with many years ago before I was eating properly and when my autoimmune issues were not under control. I don't have any other symptoms like I used to, but I am pretty sure it's related to some stuff I ate last week. I am really working on figuring it out. It has been a while. Life has been hectic and thank you for the very nice comment! For the turmeric - I love the stuff. It really used to help with shoulder pain and lowering inflammation from that. Very cool you read that study or article on it last week! I read it too! I had no idea you were studying biology. That sounds very interesting. I love reading all these interesting studies.
For dating - you are not the only one here saying it's a minefield. It definitely is. At least we have technology to help us research a person first.
