    1. Work Accomplished = Time spent x Intensity
It's better to study for 1 hour with 100% intensity than to study for 5 hours with 50% intensity.
    N.B intensity = FOCUS
    2. Goal doesn't matter, it's all about the system. e.g., the Goal is getting an A* in physics but everybody wants that though, the reason not everyone gets the A* in physics is that not everyone focuses on the system(means the way to reach that goal: the journey). Only a few chunks of students are doing so.
    3. The way you are studying isn't your sweet spot.
Sweet spot means challenging enough to intrigue you, not too much difficult as well as not like a piece of cake(e.g. just rereading your notes is a piece of cake 🎂).

Three key points from the videos
    1. Work accomplished = Amount of time spent x Intensity
    2. Focus on your system. You don’t rise to the level of your goals… you fall to the levels of your systems.
    3. To make things interesting, challenge yourself. Doing same repetitive things will get you in your comfort zone and will not help you raise your standards.

I like watching videos and doing practice questions. I can do both of these in the same amount of time (or less) than reading an entire chapter of Robbins. However, my school insists we read Robbins and pulls out random small details for the exams just to see if we read the book. So I kinda feel like I have to passively read the text and make flash cards, which takes forever and is more passive than questions that require application.
