1. Work Accomplished = Time spent x Intensity
It's better to study for 1 hour with 100% intensity than to study for 5 hours with 50% intensity.
N.B intensity = FOCUS
2. Goal doesn't matter, it's all about the system. e.g., the Goal is getting an A* in physics but everybody wants that though, the reason not everyone gets the A* in physics is that not everyone focuses on the system(means the way to reach that goal: the journey). Only a few chunks of students are doing so.
3. The way you are studying isn't your sweet spot.
Sweet spot means challenging enough to intrigue you, not too much difficult as well as not like a piece of cake(e.g. just rereading your notes is a piece of cake 🎂).

Nice summary
1×100= 100 while 5×50=250
Three key points from the videos
1. Work accomplished = Amount of time spent x Intensity
2. Focus on your system. You don’t rise to the level of your goals… you fall to the levels of your systems.
3. To make things interesting, challenge yourself. Doing same repetitive things will get you in your comfort zone and will not help you raise your standards.

I love the amount of effort he puts into his videos. Even the short ones. The effects he uses and the way the video starts right to the point and ends on point without extra useless blabla is just really cool. Keep it up! You make our life better

It's simple. You mention atomic habits, I subscribe. That book is amazing, so I know the rest you recommend are a good fit!
Hi ! Could you pass me contacts on who edits your videos? they do a fab job!
:)
and thank you for such good content!
The 3rd tip regarding sweet spot is like the concept given in Book Hyperfocus
Remember also to teach someone your material. Amazing way to make it more challenging and also make sure you know it. Even if you are just standing at a white board pretending to present the material, it's a huge help.
I should give this books a try!
Useful!!
1_Focus (fast work + less time needed)
2_Have a system that will make you reaching the goal you want .
3_Seek a challenge (exe. Test yourself ).
Great video, very useful tips. Do you happen to know how to make two different rows in RemNote? Example:
Skull Neck
Kind of like that but where it is two different Rems? (And not two different panels, in the same doc)
I like watching videos and doing practice questions. I can do both of these in the same amount of time (or less) than reading an entire chapter of Robbins. However, my school insists we read Robbins and pulls out random small details for the exams just to see if we read the book. So I kinda feel like I have to passively read the text and make flash cards, which takes forever and is more passive than questions that require application.
Thank You very much.
Hello Cajun Koi Academy, I have a question. Did you guys abandon the newsletter for some reason that I do not know because after I confirmed my subscription weeks ago I haven't gotten a single newsletter from you on mondays?
When reading a book do you take notes or just read them?
Amazing 💪🏻
Yoh didn't get much wat u spoke about coz m stressed about my exams tomorrow but yeah got some motivation to study seeing ur lifestyle... it's cool as fuck ⚡
Informativvveee,....
Can you please make a video on dopamine detox
This channel deserves 3 million

Thanks again :')
"You gain more by mining a rich mine and mining it deeper, than by flitting from one shallow mine to another. Intensity defeats extensity every time." - Robert Greene
RemNotes!!! I get so excited with flashcards when I active recall. 😆 is it possible to change English standard, I'm in South Africa 🇿🇦 and we don't use American English standard so most of my words are underlined in red 😆

Last lines❤️🔥
does anyone know how I can stop that feeling of doubt whenever I study? It's just every time I read/study, I always feel worried that I might not remember what I am reading. :(
I think that it comes to the fact that you should focus on testing yourself - the more you realize you learned and answered correctly, the more confident you'll be
I believe in you!
@@ervczek Thank you!! Will take note of this. ❤️

Hello friend, I am new to your channel, I was watching the video and I want to talk to you about my case and what do you recommend? I am a high school student, I am one year away from going to university, my grades have always been over 70 or 80, they are not bad but I know what could have given more, besides these tips, what else do you recommend for a better study?

The goal doesnt matter, its about the system ... WoW
Intensity
System
Challenge
Spot on! These are the basis of anything that you'd like to do in life!
thanks
Exactly
3:35 the goal is the byproduct of the system
where have you been all my life🥺
1. Work done = time spent × intensity
2. Goals doesnt matter. The system does.
3. Try difficult patterns ( to study ) instead of just stucking to the usual easy patter.
Well written and descriptive summary. Awesome work, rookie!
I think the best bet is doing what makes you happy, because you don't have to come up with methodologies to study, because your body will do all of the work for you.

can u just give us a room tour of urs cause i really really wanna know the machine which produces some kind of gas in ur study time videos pls pls : )
