My problem is being expected to follow gluttonous leaders. We would never allow a drunkard to lead our small groups but we allow gluttonous leaders. This puzzles me.
I just lost 36 lbs, 23 more lbs to go. That will put me at 180. I walk and lift weights. I have severe spinal arthritis and have to take morphine 4Xs a day to be able to get out of bed and walk. I do not diet I eat 5Xs a day. Small snacks now one slider fills me up. I eat ice cream almost every day. I’m loosing 16lbs a month and building muscle. I use weight machines can’t lift free weights. I am 74 yrs of age. My knees are titanium. My spine has titanium clamps and 29 bone implants. My neck is all titanium. I get fentanyl spinal fluid injections every other month. No excuses for being out of shape. It’s a form of worship to take care of your earth suit.🤗🤗🇺🇸
I hired a woman to help me that I went to school with back East because I’m sick. I’m physically limited. I make enough food to get our family by for a few days. Not only would she eat everything I cooked that day while everyone was asleep but she’d get into other grocery supplies and eat them until they were all gone! Thinking of no one but her selfish self. After going to her and telling her not to eat our grocery supply, she kept right on! Keep in mind , she has her own funds to get her own food. I got her a cheap flight after several months and sent her back East. The financial and emotional trauma this selfish woman caused was terrible! I had to ask God to help me forgive her because I couldn’t on my own! Gluttony is terrible!
