What are the advantages of having semi unitized system over conventional system for duplex or bungalows having dgu facade system of relatively larger glass panels of 3 mtr height.
That's a different system, known as toggle system in Dubai... It's just based on a toggle, which helps fixing the glass, with aluminum toggle, creating stress marks again, as in the case of conventional curtain wall. Thanks

Why only glass can't toggled instead of this sub frame?
