What are the advantages of having semi unitized system over conventional system for duplex or bungalows having dgu facade system of relatively larger glass panels of 3 mtr height.

Why only glass can't toggled instead of this sub frame?
That's a different system, known as toggle system in Dubai...
It's just based on a toggle, which helps fixing the glass, with aluminum toggle, creating stress marks again, as in the case of conventional curtain wall.
