I HAVE SINCE MOVED ON AND NOW LIVING IN GREENSBORO NC AND AM ABOUT 200 MILES FROM THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST AND ABOUT 174 MILES FROM NORTH MYRTLE BEACH AND EXPLORE THOSE COASTLINES BUT TYBEE WILL ALWAYS BE SPECIAL EVEN THOUGH I AM FAR AWAY NOW.
I'm reading a novel written by Mary Kay Andrews named "Savannah Breeze" about a motel she has on Tybee Island so I thought I'd look it up. The Island is exactly like she writes about it. It's Beautiful💖
No the phantom 4 pro handled the wind like a champ. It helped that is wasn't real windy that week. One day was windy i would just take off behind a building as a wind break.

IF YOU WANT TO SEE THAT CLEAR OCEAN GREEN AND CLEAR BLUE WATER LOOK, YOU WILL HAVE TO VENTURE INTO FLORIDA WHERE THE WATER IS MUCH CLEARER AND UNFORTUNATELY THE CAROLINAS DO NOT HAVE THE CLEAR WATER EITHER.

Tybee has some cool places but the water is nasty and grey, the beach is filthy. I live here.
Why is the water filthy? Is it some sort of algae or is it too shadow or something like that? Just wondering.

It isn't dirty, but the atlantic and the gulf of mexico color is like that
