I purchased the STR here in Las Vegas and I am EXTREMLY Pleased!! The bike Looks Amazing... When compared to any other 650 (it has the Kawasaki z650 engine) it out specs ANY other... Upside down fully adjustable 43mm forks, all Brembo Braking systems, ABS, full color Bluetooth screen WITH navigation... IT BLOWS AWAY the competitors!! I paid $4499!!! that's $6499 out the door with taxes and other charges!! YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER DEAL!!
Good review but a couple of fairly significant corrections: Moto Morini's own spec sheet advises Seiemezzo offers 54NM of torque, not the "round about 80NM of torque" suggested here - And a 16 litre tank on a mid size parallel twin will take you waaay further than 100 miles guaranteed.. MCN estimates suggested an awesome 191 mile range which is much more likely and almost double the "around about 100 miles per tank" suggested in this review
Easy on the throttle = 205 Typically riding habits = 185 An just getting it = 150 Not bad honestly, mine an new 2023 SCR. So, my weekend tends to some reasonable off road stuff too and plenty on... 130 miles doing that more often than not is a FUN day in the saddle! LOVE my 6 1/2!❤
I think you need to hear reviews after 50k miles before deciding what a bike worth is. The 650cc market has suzuki v-strom, kawasaki versys, Honda transalp, Yamaha etc etc We're does this bike fit in at it's current price. Enjoyed your honest review, great video, great presentation.
Hi and thanx for the review!!!! The Scrambler is just a really beautiful bike, will you recommend this one to a 50 years old beginner as a first bike!??? I like also the Suzuki SV650, but this Scrambler seems to be excellent bike. Cheers from Serbia
Not into chinese bikes. Bought a blue '23 SV 650 and who cares about usd forks. This bike looks great, runs great, sounds great. You know it will be running well at 100k miles with a modicum of care.Put a Cyclops LED H4 in- amazing difference for $80.Made in Japan and excellent customer support.Very happy.
Scr is the best scrambler, easy to maneuver and have very power torque and the throttle power is absolutely fabulous same with the STR. In the Philippines is much expensive compare to almost 7k in UK. The Scr costs 8,638 UK sterling pounds in the Philippines and very expensive .
100 miles from a 16l tank? Surely not! Perhaps you meant 200 miles? 80Nm of torque would be great, but sadly it's not correct! Nice review but a bit more fact checking needed.
The new Honda 750 is going to be £7,000. So it's a bit of a no brainer really. The problem with Chinese built bikes is perception and resale value. I remember the Morini 3.5. It was a great bike. Good luck to the co with them. They seem fine, if a bit down on power.
@@generaldistrust the bikes are extremely well built and reliable. Been following a owners group since its launch. There's been no issues tbh other than the odd engine light which has reset itself , with owners riding them to Europe from the uk . Appears moto morini have done a good job..
Sat on one, way to tall, and felt top heavy because of it. Foot pegs to far up and back for long rides. Sorry Moto Morini, I had cash in hand. Why do almost all manufacturers make their bikes so uncomfortable? Screw the sport bike crap, give me a bike I can f-ing ride for crying out loud.
Most countries have regulations which don't allow it. The plate must be at a point that extends past the rear tire. I think it has to do with keeping the plate clean and visible
For me defo the scrambler. I would gladly ride one

How's it been 2 months on? I plan to get the scr also in vegas since they're pretty low price compared to when they first came out
Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳

Stunning looking bikes
What a fun looking bike. Thanks for the review. Keen to look more into them.
A really good bike, i bought one and its perfect in any aspect!!! I don’t understand the bad comments, try one and you’ll see.
People just have bias against chinese bikes
I can't wait for the 3 1/2. it's a v-twin!! Classic from my childhood

This engine is from Kawasaki 650 ern or zrn something

ABSOLUTELY.
Hope either your still considering or have simply bought one.
Outstanding bike.

Talks about the Yamaha Honda and Suzuki being competitors but doesn't mention Kawasaki which is basically what the bike really is.
They look fantastic.Far better styled than anything for those prices. Why can’t Honda etc. style something similar?
You can check Honda CB650R Neo Sport Cafe..
100% agree.
The Italians have done it RIGHT design wise as well as components.
Word up Japan.
Great review. The SCR is such a sweet bike. Thinking of trading in my cb500x which is mainly for commuting for this. Would anyone have any opinion?

Cannot agree more!!,
Prefer the look of these two over the Honda though.
Where is the Morini X-cape review?
Not sure why you'd buy one of these over an SV650?
They look better.
SV isn't communist chinese junk that will need an engine rebuild in 20k mles.
100 miles per tank- that's terrible.
@@KevinDaken 16 litres. I get 65 to 70 mpg from my X-Cape so 200 miles I'd say.
What is the crank 180 or 270 degree
180°, and it is derived from Kawasaki ER6 engine
Hello, how tall are you? I am 190cm.
I'd rather wait for the Hornet!
Honda Hornet 750 please 😊😊😊
so I guess it's a 180° crank ?
Yep. It's basically a kawasaki 650 engine made by cf moto so it's bullet proof.
@@JIMWSMITH let us hope so, because change of QA can change everything

Italian design with chines manufacturing what could possibly go wrong?
It's a CFmoto bike, they're reliable. There is nothing about it that is italian besides the design of the wheels and fuel tank lol
@@chrispekel5709 SV , MT, or Z. You know they'll last.
@@TrustyZ900 I know cfmoto last I've had 3 with no issues. They've been making them for over a decade
Support the Chinese Communist Party - buy Moto Morini.
You can’t have many electrical goods in your house then if you don’t buy anything that’s made in China.

Not bad-looking, good value, but I wouldn't want one.
100 miles to the tank, disapointing imho.
MCN estimate was a brilliant 191miles to the tank - Suggest thats much more likely for a mid-size parallel twin with a 16 litre tank
Twins are cheap. And folks are or will be very soon skint.
Would not buy chinese due to human rights abuses
mommy, where does oil come from?
I hope you don't use Iphone because it is produced in China
Why do manufacturers put on those f**k awful hugger/licence plate arrangements? Why not just hang the plate from the rear of the seat?
Most countries have regulations which don't allow it. The plate must be at a point that extends past the rear tire. I think it has to do with keeping the plate clean and visible
@@notstevelam ?
It's Euro 5 or 6 regulation.
MTO7 any day ! Will always prefer the Japs over the Chinese ! Even if they make good bikes the human emotion will always avoid those Chinese bikes .
