You really need to drink lots of water , you are getting dehydrated,that's why you get headaches and cramp , coffee is not good to hydrate you it needs to be water and plenty of it x

You can dispose of those white packing cubes in the sink. Just turn the tap on and they literally disintegrate and go down the plug hole.
I ride push bike very very very fast weather permitting
