Yes, I know there are a lot of homeless now, and when I walk round Liverpool there are so many, you don't know who is in dire straits and who is just scamming. I only know by the ones that you get to talk to and have been there a long time. But the ex forces one really grates on me, as people, like this guy, have obviously been through so much and have not asked to land where they are. Our Government is very heartless, money to the rich, no money to help the really useful charities!!

Gang-stalking can be remote, online targeting OR targeting via weaponising foreknowledge about somebodys' schedule and planning harmful scenarios for them to encounter on their schedule. These might include delays, stalls, lags in delivery of transport services or beggar gangs repeatedly asking you for money etc. etc. Hope it helps
