This came at the best time. I started my gym journey in October, and at first I was just doing cardio on and off, but recently I’ve been consistent for the past 3 weeks with weight lifting and I’m sticking to a plan and diet I enjoy. First time I ever been this consistent with going 5 times a week.

Montana I totally understand what you’re saying about having an unhealthy relationship with food and the gym. I used to love the gym but for the last few years it has become something I force myself to do to stay “skinny” along with food restriction ect. I’m also tall like you and have always compared my body to models and tried to be the skinniest I can be. Please talk more about what you are doing to work through that. I’m really struggling.

I go to physical therapy because of my accident. I was hit by a car and it ran over my foot a couple years ago so just makes me want to get better and I do it three days a week because that’s all they can schedule me for, but that’s still better than nothing I love this type of video

The reason I’m starting slow was because I would always jump straight into it and always fail but now I’m taking my time.
