I love these types of video's I also love making sure everything is organized. I do meal preps that I can put the freezer that are healthy and easy to cook,we also eat lots of different types of salads.Brown rice is healthier. We order out once a month.

i think probably like 200 of the money was for house stuff to though
but also its sad but if you want to eat healthy it costs more… my family and i buy all our vegetables from whole foods and its real expensive but its not processed. So you have to pick one either cheap and not healthy or expensive but your eating healthy
They explained how ALOT of it was stuff for the house. And u already know how all that stuff can rack up a bill real quick. Toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc…. That was and EASY $200 probably for them
Well they got things for their house as well but it's also just more expensive to eat raw and healthy. It's dumb but that's the world we live in. Glad they're able to prioritize their health and get healthy foods!

Having a pantry is priceless😊 I'm just like you Ryan I had one when I was little but nothing was in it.. I freaking hate that my kids will think like that When they are older because I can barely put food on the table so I worry about this so much 😢

The organic peanut butter is delicious and also Peanut butter cookie cream 😋 those pancakes are so good and loaded with protein. I put blueberries or raspberries in them and use the organic most healthier maple syrup or we use organic honey 🍯
Magic Spoon def is such a great healthy alternative to the sugar loaded stuff. The added protein is amazing…but it’s sooo expensive…I only buy it when influencers have a discount code.

The fairlife protein shakes are delicious! Lactose free and taste just like chocolate milk.
I only shop at sprouts, Whole Foods, mothers market, Trader Joe’s. If I’m being honest you guys basically eat the same meals and snacks as me and my partner lol. We’re also that Pinterest couple.
Your meats should always go on the bottom. Cause if you have any leaks it won't contaminate the other food. Learned that in culinary school

Love ths organization in the fridge!! The only thing I can say is that the raw meat should be on the bottom shelf due to contamination of other foods. Its not a criticism, merely an observation xo

I currently live in a appartment and we dont have those carts and when I did live in appartment complexes a long time didnt have those carts either so I dont think it's all places that have that

If you have hormonal acne just drink Culturelle. There probiotics 20 billion. That's the one I drink before eating dairy products or anything im allergic to. I been drinking that for about 4 years and I haven't had hormonal acne unless i forget to drink it. I don't know if that's what u have but that's how i got rid of mine. Hope that helps!
