Sugar is so hard to avoid! Last summer I finally got a food test done because I was having so many issues with food, and I learned I am intolerant of corn (which is also in everything) and refined sugar. It has been so tough to cut it out! I'm still not perfect and cave every once in a while, but for the most part I don't eat it and I feel soooo much better. These were good tips!!!
thank you! I'm glad you found the tips helpful. Sugar is so hard to avoid, plus corn too! its in practically everything! Everything is sweetened with HFCS, which is super super hard to avoid. I'm glad you have been able to do it for the most part and feel better though. its so worth it once you get past the tough beginning. :)
