Darkspine Sonic looks so cool! I can’t wait to get him this Friday! I also can’t wait for Mephilis The Dark coming in October and Super Shadow coming in November!
I'm actaully excited for darkspine more than being excited for super shadow and mephiles I think cuz mephiles and super shadow are like after 1-2 months, also darkspine is a lot more powerful than both of them maybe that's why
a question, 3 things should have made darkspine sonic cooler, when he boost or use dashpad why doesn't he fly? when transforming into darkspine why there is no 3 world rings, using the speed break there is no flight and one good thing the speed break is that he doesn't actaully slow down like what they said
also forgot did you realized the stats are different? the acceleration is better and that's good but the strength was 8/10 it was really good but now it's 6/10? what is wrong with hardlight Darkspine is a lot better than this!
@@XJ9LoL man he is suppose to be more powerful than both super sonic, infinite and super shadow cuz first: don't forget that darkspine has time break which it is similiar to chaos control cuz it slows time, speed break is also fast as hell, having those powerful combos, don't forget darkspine can also rewrite the stories and rewrite fate so he is powerful and I expected him as a challenger
His attacks are like Silver Nutcraker +Infinite because it takes a few seconds to spam and the boost is really OP!He's a good character,but I expected more from his first attack!8.5/10 (because of the slow attack)
But If you take a Close look to the Upgrades, It says that the Speed will Increase when leveled Up! No Character until at lvl 5 We Could Say that It would Be Good for Example Werehog

His boost seems to be the only thing worth while on him. His attacks slow you down so heavily that it’s not even worth using them unless you’re mid-dash.
Wow his attacks are amazing! The only thing that kinda bothers me is the boost. It’s too long & too fast. Especially for a lv. 1. I’m still looking forward to him tho! EDIT: Nvm the damage will only increase when he levels up but still, it wouldn’t hurt for his boost to get a nerf
well I think if speed break got like 5% reduced then it's fine to me cuz speed break isn't op but it's super fast so it makes it hard to dodge things and control him

@@Makoto_Yuki_Reloaded to be fair, you're only at a disadvantage in that match if you also don't have any super characters or any good character. You don't have to worry about those 3 super sonic cause they're too busy fighting among themselves for the rings aside from that boost.
His jump should have been the spinny thing that he does in the final boss of Secret Rings, but other than that, this is neat. Might make me want to actually play Speed Battle again tbh.
Any chances events can be rerun in the future? I started playing this game a couple days ago and saw someone playing Darkspine Sonic, and he's my favorite character but I didn't know that you could only get him from events.
Idk why you guys was afraid of darkspine being only a boost I mean we all know he doesn't drains rings but if he's speed break actaully a theme music it would be cooler
a lot of people are questioning why darkspine cannot fly, now for me I had a theory from a while ago, I think darkspine can only fly when the stories and fate of all creatures are getting rewrited Idk but we never saw darkspine sonic in the normal world so maybe darkspine sonic can't actaully fly in normal times but can fly while the stories are getting rewrited.
What are my thoughts on darkspine after watching this video: To start it off, I think there were a couple bugs in this video where he would randomly slow down. But obviously since he hadn’t been fully released yet. His design is nice, I like it and I like his transforming animation. i like his stats, they are balanced. I like how his items start off slow and then go quickly. This makes it so gathered flame is harder to use that whirlwind wallop since you have to time it a bit more. I didn’t see the attack have any sort of badnik destruction, so I’m not 100% sure if they can destroy badniks. Slow burn seems like wipeout and it doesn’t go through walls like reality warp which is good. However you get 3 lane width at level 1 making it better. I think Slow burn is more projectile like rather than gathered flame. So I’m getting so confused seeing a 3 lane attack in the trap spot. When every other 3 lane attack isn’t 😭 Overall I like the character but I’m not gonna whale on him. The boost is a little bit too much of a problem for me. If it’s gonna be that fast and long it should atleast have a (20 maximum) ring drain to compensate. Other than that I think he will be an A to S tier character
stats balanced? he's strength is 6 which it was better when it was 8 for acceleration yeah it is balanced, for speed no difference just 1- lol, for speed break I think it gives invinciblity? Idk cuz I never saw him get hit while using speed break and he also destroyed 2 badniks with it without jumping or sliding, for the animation transforming it looks cool yeah but I thought they will show the 3 rage, hatred and sadness world rings in the animation, for the projectiles and traps I think they are perfectly balanced for getting slower it's not a bug I think, I think when he uses an item he slows down so he could power up
Imo he's balanced. Maybe his boost is a problem, that's probably the most broken tool he has, but it's not that BROKEN...And I'm pretty sure It'll get nerfed

im back to the video after get darkspine and play a lot, well i only can say this darkspine its perfect its not for spammers, its fun, a new playstyle and it feels fresh compared to the a lot of charecters in the rooster, but idk the gathered flame need some fixes its good yeah but i feel its simple every time when i need attack its more efficent the slow burn only in specific moment gathered flame its better. in think can be better if the gathered flame change to something similar like lava bomb.

it will come soon, I mean I'm at some time in the future sfsb will have all of the characters in the whole sonic franchise, maybe even the characters from sonic boom so burning blaze is 100% gonna be in the game, even for super silver since they brought mephiles from sonic 06

@@Starfall_abyss hardlight gives him characters early a couple days in advance in exchange for showcasing them. It's part of what it means to be an ambassador.
@@randygalvez217 Hyper Sonic and the Super Emeralds ARE canon as confirmed by Iizuka himself. The Super Emeralds are currently in another dimension hence why we haven’t seen them again since.

This is great gameplay! Attacks are better than I expected. But the boost actually might be nerfed due to how fast it is. I hope it isn't though.
May be but if you noticed the upgrade for tge boost is just damage increases so may be but i think it won't be nerfed
