- Trooper's Report:
On 05/24/2024, at approximately 11:15 AM, I conducted a traffic stop on a black Dodge Charger in the Circle K parking lot on the corner of South University Ave. and Colonel Glenn Road.
The Charger, being driven by Deandre Lamar Luckey, stopped briefly next to the fuel pumps before speeding away, traveling
west on Colonel Glenn Road, where he lost control. I attempted to end the pursuit by pinning the vehicle against the curb using my front bumper.
Luckey accelerated and was able to push through while I was exiting my unit and continued south on South University Avenue. Luckey was traveling at speeds exceeding 130 mph, passing on the shoulder, and showing no due regard to other citizens on the road. The vehicle approached the east and west entrance/exit ramps at I-30 and failed to stop or yield to any traffic.
Luckey lost control of his vehicle again at the intersection of South University Ave. and the eastbound exit/entrance V ramp while making a left turn. I saw this as an opportunity to end the pursuit and disable the front passenger tire.
I used the passenger-side front bumper of my unit and collided with the passenger-side front tire in an attempt to prevent the vehicle from continuing. The collision caused the front bumper of my unit to be pushed back, damaging the front facia and the passenger's side fender. After the collision, the vehicle continued to travel onto I-30 EB toward Geyer Springs Road from South University.
As Luckey entered the interstate, he made an unsafe lane change and collided with a semi-truck and trailer "see the accident report #202409617ASP".. The collision caused the vehicle to go under the trailer in front of the passenger side front trailer axle. The vehicle was drug down the interstate approximately 200 feet before coming out from under the trailer.
After the vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer, it continued eastbound. I performed a successful TV at this point ending the vehicle pursuit.
During the TVI, Luckey exited the passenger's side front door falling to the ground in front of me. In an attempt to avoid running Luckey over, I steered my unit back towards the left causing the driver's side of my unit to collide with the suspect's vehicle, causing slight damage.
After Luckey exited the vehicle, he fled south from I-30 across the south frontage road to the apartments located at 8701 Interstate 30. Luckey ran through the apartment complex until he reached apartment [redacted]. Luckey entered the apartment without the tenant's permission asking for them to help him and not to contact the police. The tenants did not know Luckey and were unaware that he was running from State Troopers.
Trooper Korbyn Freeman was in the area attempting to locate Luckey. Trooper Freeman was flagged down by a tenant (Glass). Glass reported Luckey was in her apartment and gave verbal permission to Trooper Freeman and other responding units to enter her apartment to remove Luckey from her residence.
Once other units arrived, they entered the residence and were able to place Luckey into custody without further incident.
During the search of the vehicle, a loaded Glock 29 10mm was located in the front driver's seat.
Luckey was transported to Baptist Medical Center and treated for a broken wrist and abrasions. - Авто та транспорт

it is NOT That Clowns Lucky DAY' he got hit 4 Times' 3 Times by the COP & Once by a Semi Truck 😁
I don't think he "lost control" -- those were bootlegger reverses. I suspect the damage the trooper did hitting the car is why he swerved into the tractor trailer -- up until that point he was a pretty good driver.
I notice the officer didn't say why he was making the initial stop. I didn't see him do anything illegal - he just obviously left the road when the trooper showed up. Just acted sus. Not a whole lot of info other than he had a gun in the car. Which may have even been legal. Of course they made sure to put the "endangered others" into the report so they are trying to get him charged as a "C" felony.
It wasn't his Luckey day 😂

Someone with a name like Deandre Lamar was made for a raggedy Dodge Charger. 😎
This guys driving skills are lower than a Dodge owner’s credit score 😂

He had better acceleration running than driving 😂

The average scat-pack driver's credit score is 392.
When are these dum dum's going to learn that turning off traction control doesn't give the car more power, it simply makes a bad driver worse.
Or learn how to drive.
To answer that these dum dums and learning are mutually exclusive.
When will you realize dum dums will never learn?
I’m surprised they have the mental capacity to even get the car into drive at this point
Are you sure it's not because the car is rear wheel drive?

He will certainly not get a certificate of being a responsible father😂

@binaryanticommunist1882 it's not like his dad would be hanging around for long, he'd have other baby mommas to help get on to government benifits🤔
Damn, I'll bet seeing those trailer tires chewing at your window trying to get in really makes you question your life choices.

Yes. I know
Poor truck driver slammed on the brakes. He was probably wondering "WTF happened?!?"
Looks like the car clipped the air line to the trailer brakes, that's why the tires were smoking, it locked them up. I've had that happen when a car t-boned me and almost took the trailer tandems out from under the trailer.
Those weren't the trailers tires smoking, that was the chargers from being dragged sideways. The truck also drives to the side of the road without dragging his tires then drives off the interstate without dragging them. This supports that it was the charger.
If you can't drive, leave the traction and stability control on.
I don't think that would have helped this road scholar. If he was counting lives his next ride should be a bus ticket.
Probably makes it harder to do donuts to impress his "friends".
Too bad the trooper was able to swerve in time to miss him when he was rolling down the interstate.
LUCKEY loses. He broke his wrist. What an "unluckey" break.
