I love rhe beach theme. I did it in resin but couldn't believe what you did in polymer clay. I'm hooked,, thanks so much for you tutorial. I'm a clay novice, but can't wait to try it.
I saw this before but I wanted to watch it again now that I have all the materials needed. With summer around the corner, I'll definitely be making some. THANKS for sharing this tutorial again! They are so beautiful!🌊💙🤎🤍
I made these today!!!! I wish I could share a picture!! They turned out good, I think. It was my first polymer clay project! Thanks for the tutorial!! It was easy to follow.
Thanks for sharing 😍 and I’m so glad you used an unusual song because I’m TIRED! Of always listening to the same TikTok or UA-cam songs over and over. I appreciate it a lot
Hi Liz, thank you! It might be difficult to choose the right song, we are using youtube’s library..sometimes we think oh what a great song we put there.. and later we start noticing that many other channels use it too, haha..this one is probably not that case ☺️ sooo happy that you like it!! 🧡
These look amazing! I'm new to making DIY stuff, and I bought some classic dry-on-air clay. Do you think it's possible to do it with it as well or do I really need the polymer clay ? What's the biggest difference between those ?
Thank you! The main difference is that polymer clay has to be baked to become solid, and probably is much more durable than air dry clay. I have not tried this project with air dry clay and also would not recommend it with air dry clay types offered in my area, maybe there is existing air dry clay that would be good for this but unfortunately I cannot tell :(
Thank you Brenda! Regarding the oven and potential fire hazard- it is safe. Regarding toxicity, of course it is better to use separate oven if you create a lot ✨
Hi Anu, thank you! We mostly use Fimo clay and for translucent we go for Cernit. Since you can combine them. Also Sculpey brand is very good and reliable.
Overall great video and I tried making them today. I wish there was verbal instructions instead of the music though and the parts that were sped up were too fast for me. I’m a newbie and need more clarification and instructions. Is there a paid tutorial for this without the music? What was the long rope you added at the end for the marbled earrings? I couldn’t tell if it was white or translucent, which one was it?
Hi Sue, unfortunately we do not have this tutorial with verbal instructions. We have an online course for beginners (link in video description) with verbal instructions and plenty of tips, that are useful when starting with this hobby. The long rope - it was the residue from the cane we used to make bubbles in the first part of the video. The cane had translucent inside covered with white. The main idea behind the marbled earring was to use all the residues from the main project ☺️
Hi, this is an amazing video. May I know how did you achieve all these colours? Was it by mixing different colours of readymade clay or was acrylic mixed into these or mica powder? I am a newbie and its so hard to achieve colours by mixing. Can you guide me on the same ? Thank you
Hi Vandana! There are various ways to mix colours, all principles you mentioned will work but with different results, by trial you’ll determine which style you prefer for your project. For this project in the video we mixed different basic colours of readymade clay. The darkest turquoise is mixed green+blue and we created various tones just by adding white. The “sandy” colour was created by mixing red, yellow and bit of brown and then white to get the diffent tones again :)
Check the baking instructions on you clay package, since it may vary. For example this is Fimo and Cernit and these bakes 30 minutes at 110 Celsius degrees.
Hello! We recommend using polymer clay brands like Fimo, Cernit, Sculpey, these are good quality, good to handle and also the products are durable if baked correctly. ☺️
@@MyVian your answer is confusing. Did you mis the turquoise balls with white clay or with translucent clay? Personally I wasted a lot of clay on this project because I was confused. Overall it’s a nice video to watch and get ideas from. Thank you producing it
Hi Sue, the turquoise balls that you see at the beginning are made by mixing turquoise with various amounts of white. Then there is one ball that is made by mixing turquoise and translucent. But it will be totally okay to do it other way around. What is important for the final effect is the layering principle ☺️ This project has some randomness so the result is always different and it is difficult to recreate it one to one. It is like actual sea foam, there are not two that are the same but each is beautiful 💕 happy that you found some inspiration and wishing you luck with your projects!
Hi Anisha, we always follow instructions from the clay package, this is cernit+fimo and they both have baking temperature 110Celsius and time 30 minutes :)
such an easy way to create that beachy vibe. Thanks so much for sharing.
I love rhe beach theme. I did it in resin but couldn't believe what you did in polymer clay. I'm hooked,, thanks so much for you tutorial. I'm a clay novice, but can't wait to try it.

Hi,from Thailand.Let me ask you a question.polymer clay earing is it necessary to bake?
@@Pannisa_Ja It is necessary to bake polymer clay earrings, because if you leave them without baking they will stay soft :)

How long should you bake for and at what temperature?
Check the baking instructions on you clay package, since it may vary. For example this is Fimo and Cernit and these bakes 30 minutes at 110 Celsius degrees.
Ok. I saw your translucency and white together. What is the difference between the two???
Hi Laura! The translucent clay changes after baking and white stays white- you can see that effect in the end of the video :)
@@MyVian thank you.
What is the best type of clay to work with for these types of projects?
Hello! We recommend using polymer clay brands like Fimo, Cernit, Sculpey, these are good quality, good to handle and also the products are durable if baked correctly. ☺️
Lindo! Parabéns
Thank you! ☺️
Are all the turquoise and beige balls mixed with varying amounts of translucent or white?

Can I do it air dry clay also?
Hi Sonia! Unfortunately, we do not have experience with air dry clay so we cannot tell 100% 😔
Alors là je suis ❤❤❤❤ je n'ai qu'un mot à dire "magnifique" 👍👏👏👏👏❤❤❤ je ne comprend pas le pouce en bas 😢
Hi Nathalie! We are sorry, do you think maybe subtitles would help?
Can we make a good profit out of these type of polymer clay jewellery
That depends on you, there are people out there who sell this type of earrings for a living ☺️
@@MyVian wow... that's a news. By the way, your work is very nice and attractive
Thank you! ❤️
I want to try this one... but I have no turquoise colour....
Hi Shakeela, if you have blue and green, you can mix turquoise :)
can we use play dough clay instead of polymer clay
Hi Zaryab, since play dough clay is meant for different use- it cannot be cured so unfortunately it is not possible to make earrings with this medium.
