Im a US Army airborne veteran 2006-2012, I was declared medically disabled at 28 years old. At my last army imaging, I had 12 herniated or buldged discs. I’m now 36 and living a completely different life, but with 24/7 back pain. Just want to say thank you for your videos as I have been able to add quite a few new stretches and alterations to old ones in my relief regimen.
God I feel for you Alex N. So young to lose your career. My back started at about 26 when I had my second child. And then my job finished me off for ever working again. Doctors didn't do much then. Just left me with discs that came out and stuck in bed flat for 3 months. I'm 56 and still suffer badly. I am going to try this. Especially as my discs are bulging now.

It's been a week since I've injured my upper back due to heavy squats and long travel. I can't even exhale fully due to the sprain on my upper back. And the pain was heavy. Once after seeing this video, just tried those first three moves and my 80 percent of pain has gone. I was scared that my back muscles would have been torn. But now I think I would recover fully within a couple of days. You are just great🙏🏼. Just keep posting videos like this. We guys needed people like you
This is next level. As an artist I spend way too much time in a hunched over drawing position, which I used to joke about in my early 20s but now that I am almost 30 it is really not funny anymore. I am in almost constant pain, and these stretches helped a ton.
I was circling in bed hours now for a better sleep position when i finally searched and found this video. did a couple and went back to bed and it amazingly feels better. im truly amazed i feel like have to leave a comment in yt. Which i dont normally really do. Thank you thank you 🙏😁

Amazing content. My dad is sick with dementia (mental illness), so I end up lifting him up a lot since he doesn't want to walk most times. I have begun to feel a dull ache in my middle and lower left portion of my spine. This really helps me, thanks again.
I work out 4 to 5 times a week and my back sometimes gets in such a stiffness I can't sleep at night. I found this video...and its incredible. The half squat and twist made me grunt such a relief! Like when a masseuse hits the one spot you've been aching about for weeks! Never new a move so simple could make me feel 80 and young again so quickly
Thank you so much for putting up these videos. I'm 75 and have had multiple back injuries from parachute landings. My spine was stabilized with Harrington rods in 1994. My current problem is my lower back which is painful ALL THE TIME especially when I get up in the morning. I am very overweight and do no exercise due to the pain, but I know I should. I've been to many chiropractors over the years and have always gotten some temporary relief. I know most of the problem now is my own laziness due to the pain, but watching your videos instead of having to go to a chiropractor or therapy will help me immensely. Thank you again so much.
I had pain above upper back since 3-4 months. The pain is gone by the first step itself. Hardly took 10-20 seconds with the first step. The pain once gone didn’t come back at least for 5-6 hours. Tried twice today. Just first day tried today. Super happy. Super excited.

My back pain gave me a temperature, I was in agony. I tried different exercises I found on UA-cam. This one is the best with no comparison: my pain is gone. I concentrated mainly on the door frame exercise and the 'bend the knee' one. I feel like new. Good night ahead for me and I hope for everybody who tries these, a good day as well.

Great use for me with osteoarthritis and neck spondylitis, shoulder tear , back pain, hips pain, etc. So I subscribed last week only and helped clear most of my problems to 60% success. Today, By Grace of God got 45cm or 18inch foam roller which helps a lot. Felt some ten knots break up bear shoulder, had rammed into mini tempo fifteen years back but escaped with minute fracture of elbow. GOD bless selfless generous kind doctors in this very selfish world. My mother was nursing superintendent. She was very kind to poor and so at 80, though both her knee caps were replaced she is fine by Grace of God.
So i pulled my back before work i had to leave work i sorted my back and then slipped on water and done the back again. The pain i feel is hurting when i breathe, your exercises really helped

Oh my gosh, the kneeling stretch was amazing! It's crazy how it improved my range of motion without me having to feel strain or discomfort during the stretch. I had a little trouble balancing and I bet I will feel the stretch later though. My muscles haven't been stretched much lately. 😄
You sir are a saint I spend weeks sitting on my truck and sleeping on my side which has given me a horrible pain on my side that I’ve had for 4 months. Thank you! 34 year old male with a trashed back. My upper back has a wicked curve due to bad posture at work for several years. I have yet to try this. Currently using my chrip wheel but that only helps so much. I hope these help. I can't go to the chiropractor due to how tight the muscles are. I end up really hurting.
For issues in the shoulder blades. Stand with your feet apart holding the broomstick with both hands stretched out in front of you (your knuckles parallel to the broomstick) with your hands wider apart than your shoulders. Then rotate both hands and broomstick over the top of your head and behind the back. Maintaining the grip on broomstick. The further your hands are apart the easier it is to rotate the broomstick the less rotation of the shoulder blades you will achieve.
Had back pain for at least a month now and just went to the gp yesterday and they did nothing, this vid rlly helped and you’ve just earns yourself a new subscriber

About 4 days ago I woke up in the morning with excruciating upper back pain I have no idea what happened but it was days of pain and I was about to go to the doctor because medicine wasn’t helping. About 4 days ago I woke up in the morning with excruciating upper back pain I have no idea what happened but it was days of pain and I was about to go to the doctor because medicine wasn’t helping. I found this video and it was instant relief. I’m still sore but it is bearable now ! Omg thank you so much.
