I LOVE YOU. Youre so realistic, you actually EAT, you dont count macros. Youre just an extremely great role model for young girls, and guys too, but you don't create any weird ideas in our head of counting calories and fat and all that. You're great. Love you.
What's wrong with counting macros? Works for me.
I think both ways are ok to count macros or no. what works best. but Hanna is amazing
It is refreshing to see a food diary that isn’t about counting calories. I also love that it’s realistic and not about making it all “instagram perfect” and that you focus on a well balanced diet with frequent eating
It’s nice to see an eating plan that doesn’t make carbs the enemy!

I LOVE YOUR MOTTO!! “i just eat what i think is good”!! this is amazing to hear because i dont want to count macros and almost every fitness person counts them and im just like ugghh
I love that you encourage to not undereat. I eat about 5 or 6 small meals a day with the exception of dinner which usually is more. I always see other people who eat way less than me because they think eating too much is bad for you. Good to know there's no problem with it :) also I think I might steal some of these snack ideas lol

I love the long video it takes me longer to find time to watch it but it’s on my mind alllll day. It feels like we’re just hanging out! And it shows how much you really just want to connect with your subscribers just showing us a full detailed Day with you! You could always make a vlog channel for longer videos too !

I can eat as much as you do, not just because I work out too and get hungry but also because I love food and I’m always hungry lol and it’s so nice to see that I’m not the only one who can eat as much, people around me often say bad comments about how much I eat and it makes me feel uncomfortable and it makes me feel like I’m doing a bad thing and that I should eat less but you help me so so much and you’re my inspiration 💕 you’re beautiful by the way and have a great personality hahaha couple goals too

Absolutely love your personality how real you are 😍. You are a good example for girls who think eating less or counting calories is normal. The only thing is I personally won't eat before bed because digestion slowes down when sleeping and I believe we need to give our body (gut) a break from digesting food all day, so it can heal instead of work on digesting more food. It takes a lot of energy for the body to digest food.
