Wow...thank you for saying that. I am so happy you love my videos. I hope Ill get more subs and views. Ill keep sharing my love of backpacking in the UK. :)
Hi Christina. Having been two weeks in the wilderness coming back in to civilisation and busy towns and cities must have been a massive shock to the system. Very well done again on your achievement.
Thanks Christina for taking me from my home city Glasgow to Cape Wrath. I couldn’t manage to do that myself these days. You are one gutsy gal. I enjoyed every minute. God bless and look after you on your future adventures. P.S. Our cat is called Messi Bobo.
Thank you for watching! :) That was last year 2023. If you haven't seen it, my husband Ben and I walked the Scottish National Trail from Kirk Yetholm to Cape Wrath this year April - May. There is a playlist for it. :)
What an epic journey Christina. I admire you and Ben’s determination in completing that gruelling trip. I look forward to catching up with your previous adventures. Long May you roam. Good luck and good fortune. PS. Hello to Bobo!
Started watching your C2C after a recommendation from the c2c fb page,(we are walking it in June) you are so informative and fun to watch, infact I enjoyed it so much I went on to watch WHW and decided we would do that next year. I was really excited to then watch your CWT. Your fitness, endurance and mental attitude is incredible, you are an inspiration for women to put aside their fears and crack on!. Thank you so much for doing this, and a massive well done. I will think of you when I walk through the sheep and cows on C2C love to Bobo xx
What a nice message!! Thank you soooo muchhh for watching and telling me you like my videos. I know you will have a blast on C2C! I love it so much I did it 3 times!! WHW is nice too but C2C has my heart! Maybe cause it was the very first time I hiked in England. I'll be back to the UK in 33 days to do the Scottish National Trail abd the Cleveland Way with my New husband after his retirement from his job. I hope you'll follow our adventure:)
"Right, so I've completed the West Highland Way and Cape Wrath Trail back to back, what shall I do for a wee bit of recovery time? I know, a quick Coast to Coast!" Good job 🐑 Remarkable
As a Scottish person who has the West Highland Way on to do list .but no way am I doing Cape Wrath .congrats on an excellent series of vids.If you come back over to UK .I can recommend the Cleveland Way fantastic. Im also walking the Wales Coastal Path but its so long .have to do it in stages. Well done .gonna check out your coast to coast vids
@@hikersheep Bit of advice for the Cleveland Way.officially it finishes just before the town of Filey. But I did an extra day walking the coast path from Filey on to Bridlington which was even better. My vids on it are Smithy Walks the Cleveland Way but I dont do camping as dodgy knees wouldnt like a big backpack. Plenty of good vids out there on i and Ill look forward to seeing yours
Did you ever find out what happened to Bill? Maybe you should have done The Great Glen Way from Inverness to Fort William instead of the Coast to Coast Walk then you would have done a full circle, nevertheless hope you are enjoying the Coast to Coast Walk now.
Goose does know bobo. That bloody goose is just a bit rude sometimes, it's just his way. Probably the second best how to leave cape wrath video, he he he. Well done hiker absolutely awesome spirit.
Hehehe...yes, second best cause Tubba Travels actually shows people how to get out of Cape Wrath. Sheep channel just shows sheep complaining. Lol. Hehehe. Goose is such a snobbish dog
But you walked it you absolute legend. The bus driver told us the house you passed is an army building used for manoeuvres and the lake by it has thousands of trout in it.
Well done. Loved watching you. I felt every step. I love that you love this country - we need to adopt you xx
Yes please!! Adopt me!!! Lol
Walking from Glasgow to the cape is a great achievement, well done. Great video story too, keep up the great work.
Thank you so much! I want to come back and redo it again in the future! :)
