I've never given birth myself, but have seen a lot of women after giving birth (both vaginal and c-section deliveries) and they DO NOT look this put together. My cousin (who will not be seen without her hair and makeup done) did her hair and makeup before letting anyone in the room after the birth of her daughter. She still looked tired and in pain. Plus, don't women bleed a lot after giving birth? How is she wearing a light dress like that? I wouldn't even wear that while on my period let alone after giving birth!
