I just got an email from Magic World and they said an issue caused Murphy's to show it was in stock when it wasn't, so my order (placed within minutes of you posting this), is now delayed for a few weeks, maybe more. Might be the same with Magic Apple as well. Just FYI! It seems to be entirely sold out, everywhere, as of yesterday or the day before.

When I saw you this excited I knew I had to have it. Arrived yesterday and wow... I thought I had an idea what was going on and was only half right. The unexpected half blew my mind man... A combo like this is really powerful and ending on a clean deck lets me go right into my standard quiver of card tricks. Love it!

I bought this a month ago after seeing it on craig petty's review show, and thought yeah looks pretty cool. Then when i got the case and realised what it was, a much better version of an old idea with a tuck case I saw how to build years ago, and started watching the video, i realised holy hell and I can slay with this, there are people out there than can follow certain things that I know that would pull there hair out.
I didn't think Petty emphasised how good this was, im lucky I got it. I'm also kind of sour now that more people are going to buy it after you review though haha.

I purchased this a few weeks ago after watching one or two reviews. I would thoroughly endorse pretty much everything you say and am somewhat surprised that this trick has gone under the radar. The gimmick should last a long time with care, and even though it will require a little maintenance (thinking about something on the joker) this is very easy to do with something that is very easy to get hold of. Great review and I hope JP Vallerino makes plenty from this incredible utility device.

My second day with Unhanded and love it ,First day I can't lie I struggled ,because I was using a brand new deck and think it was just too slippery but after just shuffling the deck to break it in it now works every time .and can start blowing minds very soon,Cheers David for steering me the way of this gem.

I bought this and am very impressed with the idea and the video, but I wonder if they are rushing the assembly to keep up with orders. My gimmick was not properly assembled, as I paid for it I did not feel I should have to "fix it" myself and contacted my local magic shop. They sent me a replacement right away (they are awesome), but when I asked where to send the defective one they told me to give up and toss it...I am dismayed that the supplier is leaving my local shop on the hook for this, they deserve better. After practicing I also found that one of the routines in the video is impossible to do as the part where you tap the cards is not strong enough to complete the move (if you have this you know what I mean) so wonder if they are also cheaping out on parts. Very disappointed they would mess up such a fantastic idea by being so sloppy. I still love it and will use it where it works, but maybe don't assemble them while drunk LOL ;-)

Hello David I had a question about this trick. Can you customise it so that you can use another deck and another tuck box?
Could you use this with something like a stripper, which might(?) allow you to use a “normal” deck, the “stripper” functionality, and this all in one go, without various effects clashing/interfering?

Hey David, I bought Unhanded, watched the instructional video, the went back to the magic shop and bought another one, that way I have two gimmicked jokers set up booth ways. The next gig I did my three favorite effects in a row. Unhanded is awesome! Thanks for all the reviews!

Hello David I purchased it after I watched your video...its a great product but the only problem is that my gummicked jack looks very thick and the ends are split and the metal can be seen, is that how it's supposed to be?

I bought this gimmicked box and card 2 years ago from AliExpress and I received it without the tutorial...the supplier doesn't answer my questions and request for the tutorial...i think should also use something sticky on the gimmicked card (double sided tape?)...would very much appreciate your help. 👋

The hype around Liz was ridiculous. Definitely not even in the running for trick of the year, much less of the decade or century. Thank you for doing a review of Underhand rather than Lux.

Would you say that the engineering in the card and box was something that could be replicated or rebuilt with a different deck? When I find a deck I like I tend to run it for a year and buy a brick, using them to make various different gaff/gimmicks so my friends all think it's always the same deck. Red/blue bikes are not my usual go-to.

@@magicorthodoxy Not that I'm some expert on trick design, mind you; it's just that I have several effects that use one aspect of Unhanded, and a couple of more that make use of the other aspect. It's definitely a "Your chocolate, in _my_ peanut butter?!" moment.

I have watched a lot of your reviews, David. This is the most excited I've EVER seen you! Now, if it could just magically appear at my local magic store...

David however the card slides out or into the card box I honestly don't know. The gimmicked joker does need to be on top and the spectators card next to it when it's "lost" in the deck. Sounds like a short card but different somehow. Calculating now... reverse engineering...card board...yup figured it out. Checking wallet? Checking it again. Nope. Checking once more... no still same results. Need more research funding. Processing network down.

@@magicorthodoxy well I don't mind old school short card. Sometimes it's better to except I won't be able to do everything every other magician is doing. I wonder if I could get a 100 magicians to just do the same magic trick at the same time and put it on tic tock. That would be cool and funny at the same time. Same pitch, same lines, same dress code, same trick.
This almost sounds too good to be true. You seem to be genuinely impressedby this. JP Vallerino has brought out some real stinkers in the past. This one seems to be a winner.
