This is my first index..I wasn't sure I'd be able to understand this but after a few hours of practice my Cheetah speed is getting faster. I love this thing what a great utility. Highly recommended..thanks for the review
Since my last review I finally had a chance to try this out. They shuffled and handed me half the deck for each pocket. Named any card mutiple times and four of a kind. They were completely Floored, jaw dropped. This is awesome, and Fast 🐆
I’m tempted to pick it up, but have been using Daniel Madison’s index as well. Plus with Madison’s index, you only need to put your thumb in your pocket, not your whole hand.
@@BrandonJPearce yea I don't really see any advantage from this to The Advocate. Only maybe the indexless routine but other than that The Advocate is so much more convenient. Just 1 pocket, the reset seems to be faster and if for any reason it gets messed up you can just go down to a gas station or any store and pick up a deck of cards and you have your index. Also as it's been said you can just use your thumb not your entire hand. Check out Unbiased Magic Review and when he performs it he says notice there's no weird hand movements as you see weird hand movements lol.
I bought this as soon as I saw it on Vanishing Inc. I never had an index before, but I do love this. I perform a family magic show each Christmas, and am combining Cheetah with Sharpierce (catching cards in my pocket, and then trying to stab one on the third try… only to “fail,” if you know Sharpierce). Anyway, I love Cheetah. I had it down a few hours after practicing. Recommended!
Thanks David! I've been waiting for you to review this! I'm still kinda waiting for news on a couple more I've been looking at. Thanks for your review!! 🤘🏼🎩🤘🏼
David, thanks for the great review (as normal). Mine just arrived. I’m just getting into indexes and this and The Pathfinder Index should have me set for cards and billets for the rest of my life!
Thanks David I waffled on this because I hadn't seen any reviews I was able to purchase it the other day even though it seems to be sold out everywhere can't wait to get mine thanks for the review definitely hammers home the fact that this is going to be awesome
Can you do this with folded into quarters cards? Switch ones index is a bit challenging and could be a great use for that switch, if not I do think Lloyd's can use folded
No counting ? I came up with a 2 index system with some rivets as landmarks but there was still counting and I only used it a couple times. Sounds like this guy fixed the issues I had
Hey David. Great review as always but I keep the 45 bucks and wait for the index by Lloyd Barnes and Javier Fuenmayor from murphys magic. Keep creating awesome content.
I had no idea how Cheetah looked like till today, when my order arrived. But last week, thanks to your description, imaging how it could be look like, I made an index by myself. And, surprise! It’s globally the same. Same format, same principle, same idea, but … because I thought riffling is roughly the same as counting, mine has neither. So, mine could be a little faster. And I dropped two jokers in (2 cards extra, so what). Unfortunately, taking four of a kind is not possible.
Why hasn't anyone reviewed Cheetah 52? Has Lloyd ruined the index for all eternity? Seems like no one's has touched any indexes releases since dex dropped. Smilesotheylikeyou
@@magicorthodoxy Do you wish you had the 52 version because you want you try it out, or do you think that it would work better? I'm waffling between the two and wanted to hear your take on it.
Sounds like a pretty standard index, other than the "tactile clue". Some of the tricks do sound kind of interesting though. I'm already very quick in retrieving cards from my index(es), otherwise I might consider picking this up. Really appreciate the great review, David!

I just heard about this. I love how when i search a review. You are on top of the list. ❤
I try my best to stay on top of things!
I look forward to comparing this with what Lloyd comes out with.
:D
Ditto on this!
When will that be
I have no other card ndex besides Cheetah so I can't compare. However for speed and smoothness I can't see Cheetah being beat.
What do you think about it now that it's out?
I have been using Daniel Madison's indeed for years. I just might try this out. Thank you and love the membership section.
if you love yours - stick with it !!! the grass is not always greener

So dang close to 50K subs. I am calling this September when you're hitting 50K subs.
LOL _ it's September now !!! I predict next Thursday
@@magicorthodoxy Yeah, I'm not so good at exact predictions but I'll say this coming Tuesday.
@@magicorthodoxy I say before labor day! Love your channel!!!

Glad I could help!
This is great to be used for acaan. I thought of using this for tocaan. And instead of only having royal as options. You have every option
good point
David, thanks for the great review (as normal). Mine just arrived. I’m just getting into indexes and this and The Pathfinder Index should have me set for cards and billets for the rest of my life!
Hope you like it
I’m waiting for Lloyd’s too! I’ve seen Cheetah in action and it takes some practice to avoid fumbling.
I have not seen any promo for Lloyd's but apparently everyone knows about it - lol
Not sure when it will be available, but here's a preview:

I can't wait to "have it in the bag"! Thanks.

🤙🏼Thank you for all those reviews!
I am sure so many of us appreciated your time and dedication.
Keep it up the great work :)
Thanks! Will do!
Thank you so much Dave!
Welcome!
Wow! Sounds very efficient!
It is!
This is a very detailed review. Thanks for your time and effort.
Glad it was helpful!

I think it would be too thick - but I wonder what double deckers would look like this if folded in half!
Very interesting .thanks David.
Glad you enjoyed it

I think you might count at first - as you get used to it - and then your mind will switch over to tactile clues
Looks good 👍🏻
I believe Lloyd’s index offers the option of the card being folded.
I think if you used a double decker with this one - you could also fold em
What a clever utility ! Thx …have a great day
You bet!
Gu David, thanks for this review. Do you plan to do a review of the new one-pocket version called "52 Cheetah"?
I hope so
Hey David. Great review as always but I keep the 45 bucks and wait for the index by Lloyd Barnes and Javier Fuenmayor from murphys magic. Keep creating awesome content.
Fair enough!

Thanks for the review…
only if you think you'll use it
no fumbling & no counting 👍🏻👍🏻
If I only had 2 pockets 🤣
thanks David … looks like it’s a wait and see, first … but Cheetah comes with a lot of tricks
yea - 2 pockets is a lot of retail space
This is sounds very nice!
I will get one for sure
enjoy

I always say if you have a system that works for you - the grass is not always greener stick what you love
I think i would use this with the other brothers card to pocket. This seems like a much better index
thanks for visiting
I feel one pocket is better. I've been using a homemade Index for years that works great.
stick with what you love
Wow
!!!
So I'm not actually getting a cheetah?
aren't they endangered?
@@magicorthodoxy oh...yeah maybe it's best I don't have one then!
