As I know, they have lobster on weekdays with different cooking method. It would be stir fry lobster pieces on weekdays, NOT a half cut piece steamed lobster.

I suggested their sashimi should be on ice and cover up like desserts now...more hygiene and kept fish cold! May be you call them let them know to improve 😁. Oh you should try their plum house sauce for Peiking duck! It is the bowl on left side, you had the regular sauce brown one on the right side. I love their plum sauce so goooddd!
i gave the restaurant 5 stars from 2.5 now to 3 rating🤩, these poor reviewers should change their rating as many were in Sept with little money went in to eat with discounts is like pay 2 people eat 3 lol and expected too much if not gave you bad ratings. These ones mostly never go back at regular price now. Thats not fair rating.
Chinese foods looks great . I would rather see more Thai foods and western cuisines than Japanese foods. Japanese foods are just some raw fish wrapped in rice, no big deal, no special cooking skills, .lacked of Thai cuisine and western cuisine is a big draw back .
