I'm finally establishing with a rheumatologist at the end of this month and have been overwhelmed thinking about treatment options. I've previously been prescribed Cymbalta for depression and migraine, but if I didn't take it at the same time every day, experienced withdrawals within an hour. Is there a longer acting alternative?
Where is pain management for this? Bladder pain and headaches are unbearable. I'm weary of hearing about the opiate horrors when suffering is unbearable.
