I love the attention to the natural details: the way that you draw moss on rocks, tree roots, the way quartz-based rocks spall (break off in large flakes across the surface)-- it all speaks to a wonderful eye to observe nature, which makes your visual storytelling that much richer and more real for me.
This is absolutely wonderful, for me campfires are a summer thing (winters in the northeast US are better for a wood stove or indoor fireplace…depending who you ask of course). We just made a campfire a couple days ago and my son had his very first s’more 😊 Then he went to bed, the sun set, and us adults wrapped up in cozy blankets and told ghost stories and talked about the stars. So this is hitting those cozy vibes juuuust right 😌👌🏼

If i could make a request.... i love LOVE your videos, but something I think i've missed in your more recent ones is the fantasy element. I always loved looking out for the subtle little bits of magic and fantasy in your videos. The earth golem rising from the road, walking 10ft, and then going back to sleep. Little sprites appearing for a moment along a path. I LOVED that one video with the ghostly warriors forever guarding a mountain pass. Maybe you are adding stuff like that and I'm just missing them cause I'm working but I really do look for them and love when you have stuff like that! Imaginative little things that aren't grand and amazing, just small pieces of the extra ordinary :)

I came here to reflect. Once upon a time, I created a group on one of the social networks, where I exhibited something like my work. This group was called... Blue Turtle. At that time I still thought it was a very unusual and cool name, and I was proud that I came up with it. However, I did not develop it, because I was small and inexperienced, and I do not do much creative work. And then, ten years later, I find this channel) At first, I blinked several times, only when I was convinced of what I was seeing, I realized what an irony it was. The most interesting thing is that most of all I remember how I drew the avatar of a blue turtle on a white background, I liked it so much. In general, on the one hand, I am saddened that I did not put the squeeze on and could not realize the concept of what I see. On the other hand, I'm glad that someone was able to implement it much better than I could. Thanks to the author for unknowingly adding esotericism to my life. Like, subscribe.

It does have some similar flourishes to what Jeremy Soule uses. It’s different, though. This has a fuller sound sometimes.
