A lot of people like spring or summer the most, but as an October baby, Halloween enthusiast, nature lover, and enjoyer of dressing in fun layered outfits, Autumn will always be my favorite season. Maybe some part of it is that Autumn is symbolically tied, for most people, to being a little bit retrospective and introspective, a bit more willing to acknowledge a need to rest, have a little no-pressure relaxation or fun, to acknowledge the good and the bad of their lives for what they actually are without pushing those thoughts to the side, and to just sort of psychologically rebalance.
In early October, my wife and I went to Dombai (Caucasus Mountains, South Russia), just got into the golden autumn period. We walked through the mountain forests, between which flow mountain rivers originating in glaciers, everything is golden and red, old century-old trees covered with moss and narrow paths It was great, I've never seen anything more beautiful in my life, it's a pity can't put photos in UA-cam comments, and these arts with music convey this wonderful atmosphere. se are exactly the same mixed mountain forests, golden, rocky, with stormy rivers.
