I've got the Escort,Mass and my wife won a rally race with it first time out of the box,no tweaking or tuning whatsoever. As you say Dave slotr did an excellent job reviewing this superb car,in fact I bought it and also the white Cosworth Escort on the strength of his review!! Great video again buddy keep up the excellent work 👍👍👍
Growing up in Europe I learned to love rally cars and the Impreza Vs the Escort Cosworth was THE battle in the 90's As a teenager my dream car was the Cosworth, so a big thumb up for this one Massimo, well done.
I have tested 2 Subaru WRX 1/32nd scale slotcars from ALiExpress that perform really well on my 1/24 scale Carrera track. However they have the short guide blades so you have to drive a bit different around especially 60 degree turns. I have another one that just came in and I will soon have a video up on my channel for it also. I can't find any manufacturer names that made these but the big deal is they easily are 1/2 of what all other 1/32 scale slot cars cost delivered! You did a nice video here , Thanks!🏁
Interesting comments about the 4x4 feel I’ve got one AWD car and have only jumped it in a straight line so I better start doing some laps to understand what MP and the rest are talking about 🍻Mal
Haha cheers mate. It’s a different experience for sure. Like driving mag or non mag. Stock, modified. RWD, FWD, AWD. Love the hobby for these options, keeps things interesting.
I'm having the same issue with my Scalex subaru all wheel drive car. On my second set of braids cause I cant seem to get good contact. Drives well enough on the track but would benefit from an upgrade to the guide. I also find it weird that the bottom is so low to the ground 🤷 Can't win em all I guess. Great looking car though. Thanks for doing this close up 🎉🎉
Hi!!!!! i need your help :p i have a carrera 30356 pit lane with the carrera race to victory set, the fuel option work perfectly, but when the car runs out of fuel I'm unable to enter the pit lane :( please help :(
So a Scalextric car, is about as fast as a Carrera car in stock form? Maybe Im a detail guy too much, but to some degree a carrera car is more detailed, more real looking. Not a huge thing but that's what I see.
Give or take they’re pretty comparable in lap time. In terms of detail, some of the Carrera cars are very well done, not to take anything away from Scalextric but some of the Carreras look fantastic.

cheers Bello! Thanks for chiming in! 🫶🏼
How you open that?
Great review there Massimo. Just wondering do you ever suffer from over grip when sliding into shot thus making you topple over?
There’s usually a few takes involved and a few bruises by the end of it. 😓😂

Shame about the Subaru but a great review nonetheless 🙂
