The UN and the ICJ are playing games by addressing the issues as though Israel is guilty only of violating the right of Palestinian self-determination in the 22% of land left to the indigenous in 1967. The Israeli Jews as such have no rights in the Palestinian homeland. Only land purchased by Jews of any ethnicity from Palestinians who were not coerced to sell by law or military might should be considered to be legally in Jewish possession.

The courts are suppose to give judgements and not just opinion. This will not be enforced because this is only an opinion and not a judgement. This is actually a judgement but here too they are playing with the law by defining this as an opinion and not a judgement.

The pronouncement by the ICJH is headed by a Lebanese judge. He fears Hizbollah reprisals for any other "opinion". Formerly as the Lebanese representative at the UN he voted against Israel on over 200 occasions, So this is literally like appearing in Court in a dispute with your neighbour and finding he is the presiding Judge. Worth also noting that other members of the ICJH complained that he had bulldozed the "opinion" too hastily. Judges from Russia, China and Morocco? Ask the citizens of Crimea, Mongolia and Western Sahara who annexes land.
Despite all this the Court certainly accepted the validity of the State of Israel within the 1948 borders.
